So in other words you didn’t really follow it and have no interest in actual facts or law.
Well thanks to the Dems unwillingness to televise this trial, I'm doing the best I can by following lawyers, who are much more knowledgeable than myself.

Even Robert Gouveia, a criminal defence lawyer, licensed in Arizona, and a few other states, thinks this Carroll case is an absolute joke, and he's a licensed lawyer.

Also, Viva Frei, another licensed lawyer, who I mentioned yesterday, thinks this Carroll case is also an absolute joke-----LMAO

You do realize that the awards were by juries which were selected in part by his lawyers. Your fearless leader has already said that Habba blew the trial.

If you are right he will win on appeal. Not sure what good that does because now the despicables do not even accept judgements and orders of the SCOTUS which he brags he chose.

I guess the judge and jury didn't agree with the "experts" on this, huh? 😏

I don't think that the New York Jets should've won the 1969 Super Bowl either. In fact, it was bullshit and completely unbelievable that they won it. I don't accept that the Jets won. Colts should have won the 69 Super Bowl and as far as I am concerned, they did. They were way the better team!

I'm going to write to the internet and tell them that Baltimore Colts won the '69 Super Bowl 37 - 14.

Kinda the same thing as all of your and Mitch's "experts" saying that Trump should have won the EJC trials, huh?

Woulda-coulda-shoulda is pretty sad shit when compared with "actually did".

And for why Trump lost a trial he should have won, read my post #121 a couple of times. And he could have won that trial in front of a New York, San Francisco, Chicago or a Toronto jury if he didn't royally dick it up. At the end of the day, juries focus on personalities, not politics.

If that is an actual quote of Habba's, her law licence is going to be gone in a few weeks, never to return.

Your 2 last quotes come from twitter accounts that are very sketchy even compared to your usual silly crap. I think they're both just bullshit clickbait.
It kind of makes sense. Judge Kaplan is 79 yrs old, and I'm sure he's ready to retire by now.....LMAO

When it comes to Trump, he is always guilty. If the courts rule against him, then justice has prevailed. If the courts rule in his favour, then he has successfully found a loophole to exploit. The one unassailable truth however is that he is never innocent. The guy is a grade A scumbag.
It appears he has had a profound affect on you.

He should appeal the damages award. That was the only live issue in the second trial and he might get them cut down substantially - perhaps even into the $10M range.

But he will shoot his dick off a fourth time and get another bad lawyer and make her file a bullshit appeal, which the CA will strike out and sanction him and his lawyer for doing. So another $1M there.

He should be in 24-hour care for dementia seniors, not allowed out in public doing this sad shit.
My point was more to say that if someone is found guilty but then appeals, then they're actually innocent.
I put this out there for the hypocrites in our midst...they know who they are.

It is his right to appeal, he will lose but it's his right. In the same way, Bannon and Navaro are not locked up yet, because of the appeal. The difference between you and me is, that I live in reality and I am happy the first block has fallen, step by step, inch by inch.
Not quite...you've been saying he's guilty even before any verdicts.
I'm just highlighting your hypocrisy again.
It's becoming very easy.

You do realize that the judge disallowed much of Trump's defense so the jury didn't get to hear two sides. It was rigged. Also as a lawyer you only get so many challenges to jury candidates. Blame cannot be placed on Habba here.
