yes, I've gotten such warnings too but it usually happens very close to the end of the billing date. There is no way I could have gone over the limit by 20+ GB in just a few days since I always draw back on any downloading. I may be wrong, but I don't think checking emails and basic surfing require too much bandwidth.
I'm just wary of them because they like to bill unsuspecting clients... My dad and my bro have been milked by them.
I also checked their website and it says $26.99 for their Hi-Speed Express internet, which is currently at a %50 discount for 6 months if you sign a 1-year contract term. I've been with these thieves for a long time and pay the full price of this internet package at $46.99... Anyone know if I could terminate my account and sign back again to be eligible for the %50 discount for 6 months (1 year contract)?
