only one "perfect" season possibility left

...all the other 0 for teams won yesterday, with the exception of the Raiders..they keep the dream alive...even the woeful zLions found a way to screw things up and win or was it more the Bills finding a way to lose. The Bills suck big time, I was at that game,.and JP Losman is totally clueless, someone should let him know that if you have no options, it's not a great idea to sit in the pocket until it collapses on your head...How did that team end up with 2 wins???...Go Raiders Go !!!!...0-16 can be done !!!

Crazy ass first half in the Chicago /Arizona game. Grossman picked twice and fumbled twice and Arizona is up 20-0. I guess i really didn't need to buy that extra half point and take Arizona +14......lol.

...I hate it when I am right...

What do the Rams have to do with Arizona?

Look at the bright side, you don't have to hate yourself.

Bear fans enjoy while you can. With an offence like that, when they play a real team, they're toast.

I hope you are not basing your judgement of their offence on this one game. Even the elite teams(Bears are one of them) have their bad days in offence and defence. Chicago have their bye next week. Plenty of time to regroup.

That may be so, but their offence was up against an unheralded defense and did absolutely nothing all night. No running game whatsoever...little passing and plenty of turnovers. Looked pretty bad to me, but we'll see.

Weren't the Raiders once said to be the most winning professional sport team in history(based on winning percentage)? My,my how things have changed there.Matt Millen should take the Bills organization out for dinner for saving his job for now.Hehehehee!!!!!!!!When is Detroit going to get rid of this guy?I'm sorry to hear that you had to sit through that drudgery on Sunday new2game? As for the Bills and JP Loserman, well, they just keep on being the Bills:eek:

While I really didn't care about anything but the Bears covering, I'd have to say in some ways, this was Chicago's most impressive game of the season. Even good teams can have bad games. The key question is whether you can still win those games. Being able to win a game you deserve to lose is a hallmark of a good team.

Good point. Great teams find a way to win even when they are playing bad. No freaking offensive touchdowns!! 6 turnovers for Grossman! And still beat Arizona? And Arizona still had a chance to win at the end of the game. Really tough loss.

On a positive Arizona note; Matt Leinart showed me he can definitely play in the NFL. Arizona just didn't have the killer instinct to keep the Bears down. Edgerrin James rushed 36 times for 55 yards and lost a key fumble!

So I guess your also saying that the Colts offense is brutal? Being that they could only beat the Titans 14-13 and were favored by 18pts. What did Indy do against the Jets the following week? Again nothing. Oh and what about that high octane Seahawks offense who defeated Detroit 9-6 Week 1 with Alexander playing.

Sure the offense looked horrible. But did you really expect the Bears to steamroll over every opponent? You need to be good and lucky, they were lucky this Monday. That's all.

...but I was speaking to the scenario here, versus the specific team (and I thought I had done so in an obvious fashion, but apparently I was mistaken).

Anyway - I couldn't "bear" to watch anymore after halftime, so I went to bed...imagine my surprise this morning to learn that they (The Bears) won!!!

There will be no shutting up my buddies back in Chicago now....LOL

I said earlier that I didn't trust the Bears offense...This shows just how bad it actually is! In the coming weeks of the regular season the bears will have trouble winning games when their offense faces a competent(let alone good and very good) defense...

They won yesterday with no offensive scores...How rediculous!

I tend to follow one rule of thumb in pro sports, specially pro sports betting -

Good teams find ways to win and bad teams find ways to lose.

The Arizona game is the perfect example.

One bad game out of six, Hell Joe Montana even had a bad game every once in awhile.Lets see we have the niners and fish coming up at home 2 wins makes it 8 and 0 then we go on a 3 week road trip i see us losing one snce that will be the toughest part of the schedule, in Decemder we have the hapless Bucs vikes and the piss poor packers at home three more wins and a monday night game against the Rams I see a 15 and 1regular season record. Oh and havent you ever heard DEFENSE wins championships., :D
