So, did they give him drugs to see if they can control his disorder? It seems to me he has a chemical disorder in his brain which should be changeable. In any event, it is not his fault that he has this disorder

It is generally not the families of victims that ask for capital punishments. It is more often blood thirsty individuals like yourself who act out their insecurities by arguing for revenge based justice.
