If they did, they always include the phrase "inflation adjusted" because they've modified the raw data. If you go to the actual source, you can see that they never did. They don't because they want to manipulate rube's feelings. I think it may have worked.

Ontario is about the same as Alabama, the 4th most poor state. It's only more wealth by about $8K than Mississippi. For the most part, I'd say he's more correct than you. NB/PEI/NS ARE more poor than Mississippi.
Only AB and SK are comparable to the US and thus these two provinces are always the targets of the Liberals. Wealth means power and the Liberals can't have uppity provinces.
