You can push all the facts to the alt righties, but they live in denial as to the fact that inflation after Covid-19 was a Global phenomena, and Canada is not insulated from it.
The Carbon Tax is just a minuscule contribution to it.
But I wonder why Canada is one of just a handful of countries to be awarded a Triple A+ Moody's rating as compared to several other developed countries around the Universe including the USA.?

In 2006 Canada's GDP was just behind Germany, France and the USA. yet in 2015, we were at the bottom of the pile at 0.65% as compared to USA who were at 2.95%.
This was after the USA were in a far worst recession as compared to Canada.
In 2024 Canada at 1.34% are second place and just behind the USA at 2.77%.
