From the people supporting the convoy, it sure looks like it.
Their website itself seems partially broken and even if it was working does not seem to have a " who we are" section or anything about their politics.
They have an M.O.U. they want to sign with the Canadian Senate which just seems bizarre to me.
The people saying this looks like a hustle to raise funds without really doing anything or revealing what the money will actually go to certainly seem on to something.

Googling Canada Unity party brings up swastikas on my screen, so I’ll guess they aren’t nice.
That isn't totally fair, since the National Unity Party was the pro-Nazi party in the 30s.
It isn't necessarily the same party.
Seems Lich is a wannabe politician of the "Maverick" party who's platform is essentially to succeed from Canada.
United Separatists of Canada Party could have an alliance with the Bloc and lead the country.
These donations are going to open up a pandoras box. How are they going to distribute it fairly, your going to have so much people wanting a piece of the cake, some will get, some will not it will cause chaos

Like most of these big fund-me's a few people are going to have a pile of cash to spend as they want.
am I the only one who feels like gofundme has gone from a nice idea to help people who need it to just seeming like a money grab for people?
It’s not the organization’s fault but people abuse it by starting them for frivolous things. I hear “gofundme” and my instinct is that of door to door donation requests, I cringe and pretend that I don’t hear them.
I was asking about the site directly because I saw the MOU and thought it a joke at first.
This is why I started a thread about Canada unity directly and did not get into all of this stuff in the actual convoy thread. I think these are two separate issue. Canada unity just swindled a shut ton of people to secretly get behind their political agenda. Which is much more then vaccine mandates. They are totally anti-government.
It is not the convoys fault but they (Canada unit and TL) are the organizers. People should have looked into was creating this, said “um nope this doesn’t look up and up” and either got actual truckers together to do or scrapped the idea totally.

If the media didn't dictate what you should believe, some of you would be completely empty inside.
So the woman of the convoy does actually have ties to the trucking industry, is not apart of the western Separatist movement and they are not trying to create a MOU that replaces our known government and procedures for a committee of their choosing?
Because that is what I have heard from MSM. I have also heard that the organizers have denounced all extremist behaviour, OPP has confirmed this but have said those with extremist views may try to use this convoy as a way to preach and cause trouble even though that is not what organizers want.
In fact it is those who are for the vaccines and mandates who have been called nazis. The government has been called nazis. By the unvaxxed and anti-protocols.
So I don’t know what MSM you have been seeing. Maybe post the article that says what you claim.

Yup. Who intend to overthrow the government if they don’t get their way after the trucker tantrum.
There are many people higher up in the organization of this protest that have not been shy about overtly white supremacist views in the past. (For one example check out Pat King, who is part of CU, and also an organizer for northern Alberta). If the organizers were really concerned about white supremacism, they would have distanced themselves from these folks, and barred them from participating, rather than let them be involved in the organization and execution of the protest.
There is a nice video the other day of pat king asking protesters to take down / not show the offensive flags signs, so the media can’t use them against the protest. Not because you shouldn’t be a fucking racist. He’s also advocated for armed Revolution.
So I agree with your that many have been duped into supporting an anti government white supremacist movement. But there are those that have also tolerated the presence in their midst.

To people who are raving communists (not saying OP is) everyone else is an alt right fringe group.
It’s very interesting that this protest includes men and women of all races and creeds, but the woke mob wants to call them racists. Harkens back to the days of McCartyism.
