And your point is??
Why does there have to be a point. It is what it is.
That's okay shack, I'll help ak out on this one.

Perry stated he might consider a possible wager on the Blue Jays to make/win the World Series.

I thought I'd contribute something to the discussion (as opposed to unsubstantiated accusations)
by providing the current odds from a major bookmaker.

Get the point?

Nobody could have predicted that NYY sweep. We could all have hoped but the end result of giving up 1 (questionable) run is unbelievable.

Not so long ago that games there would always be losses.
I did. I predict the Jays will take the East.

Wonder if Andrew Miller is still feeling pain in his forearm because the Yanks aren't the same team if Andrew Miller doesn't pitch like the Andrew Miller of April to June.

Since coming off the DL a while back he's allowed 7 runs in 12.2 innings of work and his era has gone from about 1.2 or so to 2.08 right now.

There are 3 items working in the Jays favour:

1. Since he's been here R.A Dickey has always finished strong. Typical of a knuckleballer, it takes a while to get their rhythm right, he can be forgiven for throwing tatters from April to June.

2. Joey Bats is taking it up a notch. He's using his buddy David Ortiz as motivation. He wants to do what Big Poppy did in 2013.

3. Whatever bumps may lie ahead, David Price is around to stop the nonsense.

maybe a fourth ...

Marcus Stroman will return by Sept ... barring a setback.

Yankees lost. Jays 0.5 games behind.
The ultimate perfect night for scoreboard watching. Everyone else in contention loses except for the Jays - Baltimore, Houston, LAA, Texas.

The Yanks burn out in 16 innings after using up their bullpen against Cleveland.

May tonight be just as good!

Loving the bullpen usage. Now if Cleveland can continue to play spoiler even by giving them tough games then they will be nice and ripe for a good beatdown this weekend. Jays will be due for a few nasty score ten and demoralize the Damnable Yankees.

Actually, that could be easier than it might seem because there was no injury to his arm or upper body, so I am sure he must have been working on strengthening exercises for his throwing as part of his rehab.

And, if he can replace Hutch in the rotation while keeping Sanchez in the bullpen, then I would take the odds and bet on them going to the WS... with a great chance of winning, too.

Perry
Because he will win more often than Hutch, I assume?

We're gonna pass these Yankee c*nts
Now I understand how an insightful and brilliant post with a point can benefit us all.
Seriously, rather than be a gushing Blue Jays fan who gets a little chubby every time they take the field, be a baseball fan who reapects the game. The Yankess aren't C*nts. They are a baseball team just like the Jays or any other. Anyone who has to say silly grade 4 things like calling them names and telling them to prepare their anuses or whatever you said is not a baseball fan. We know you don't know anything about the game, so try to be a fan who at least likes baseball. I would rather have you releasing RA and EE than making silly statements that make real Toronto baseball fans seem like juveniles.
