Stroman and Blue Jays winning again 7-0 on getaway day.

They'll be tied for WC lead after this win

EDIT: fuck I just realized Stroman has a no-hitter going into 7th inning :clap2:
Nice AK. You talked about the no-no and looked what happened......never talk about It while its happening! NEVER! Bad baseball ettiquite!

Boys are really heating up again. Maybe we can finally win in Yankee Stadium......

Jays win. 5-2 on the home stand...not bad...
Now,heading back out on the road for 10. Hopefully, they will do much better this time compared to the last 10 (2-8 ouch!). Boston will be waiting for the Jays for a rematch early next week. If the Rays beat up on the Sox over this weekend Jays might have an easier time against the Sox in Fenway.

We're back in the post-season. 3-way tie for the 2nd WC spot w BJ's, Yanks and Mariners, with Seattle and O's playing tonight. Either way on that game, we move up.

If they take 6 out of 10 I'll be happy. Anything more is bonus

Don't worry. I think this kid'll get a lot more opportunities at glory :)
No doubt about it

LOL! Dare I say that either Hutchinson/Happ go back to Oak? Incl. Pillar as well? Hmmm...sounds good to me...lol...
Does it sound good to the GM's? Why would Oakland want Pillar? Jays see Hutch as a prospect similar to Stroman and Sanchez. The way Happ has pitched as a starter lately, do you want to trade him? I'm betting they get more for him than what you are offering. Don't think the Jays have enough quality prospects that they might part with to trade with Oakland.

Stroman is currently 6-2 w a 3.21 ERA. Should be worth a nomination for Rookie of the Year, even though Altuve and Abreu are probbaly stronger candidates.

His e.r.a. as a starter is 2.21 (if I heard Jerry correctly this afternoon).

Altuve is not a rookie. He's already played in over 400 games.

So the rumour is true the Jays are short of CASH. Deck McGuire traded to the A's for Cash! Jays then use the cash to take on someone else salary at trade deadline next week! Go Jays Go!
