Yeah, I thought of that.
But being as I've been touched by suicide three times in my life (2 of them were VERY close, and I won't get into details), I've struggled with the why and the blame and guilt.
It's been explained to my bitter self by people a lot smarter than me that people who commit suicide firmly believe that those around them will be better off without them. That may be hard for you to understand. It's hard for me to understand because I can't relate. I have seen first hand, and I mean FIRST HAND the devastation to a family when a member of that family chooses suicide. It's not so simple or black and white. No-one ever thinks it will happen to them, that this sort of thing happens to other people. But sometimes, it happens to you and believe me there are only unresolved questions and guilt.
