Hey IV, tell us how you really feel
By the way, can Juve challenge Inter this year? Or is it a one team race?

Also, will Milan finish in the top 4 or more importantly, will Italy's coeffient result in losing one of their 4 CL spots? Enquiring minds need to know this stuff, help us out.
Fuck em all, American closet inhabiting types.

No

If Gattuso and Ambrosini start ahead of Abate and Flammini, Milan will be lucky to finish in the top 10. Serie A is now the 5th best League in Europe, behind the Bundesliga and the Championat expect that loss to happen.

Milan haven't gotten any younger, but I like the Huntelaar acquisition. They'll still be sniffing around the top 5, lets face it. I think its Inter's to lose. And somebody noted it last year but they mentioned the Zarate Kid would struggle. But he didn't, sky blue stud!

I'll bend it like........
Besides the travel I like Man U's draw. I'm just not sure how good they are yet without Ronaldo. I would have picked them to go to the finals if they had the same Roster as last year. But now, are they the team the tied Chelsea, lost to Burnley, or destroyed Wigan?

I guess we'll find out this weekend against the Gunners.

Barca v Inter should be sweet and we'll also see how "real" Madrid (Pun intended) is against AC Milan & Marseille. I still don't believe in their defence.

As a supporter I do like to believe that titles arent lost or won in August but its gonna be a tough one. The problem with the Reds is the lack of depth, once you get past Gerrard and Torres there is really no one that strikes fear in the hearts of opponents. I believe this might be Chelsea's year unfortunately.

On a brighter note the Europa League draw has just come out, another handful of intriguing matchups, apparently no one in UEFA has ever read a history book and decided to put Galatasary and Panathinaikos in the same group, that is just asking for a stadium to be set on fire.

Inter 4 Milan 0
Roma 1 Juventus 3

The Rossoneri desperately miss Kaka, Pirlo looks lost without him, but the NeroAzzurri have forgotten The Colossus of Sweden. They are even better this year; Eto'o gives them pace, Sneidjer gives them a trequartista and Lucio gives them a solid center-back. Had it not been for Storari in goal the final tally could have been 8 - 0.

Roma didn't deserve the loss they took. They gave it their all but they are undermanned against a stacked Juve. DDR has just turned 26, it's time for him to consider his options. Like Torres he will not sign for another Italian club, he seriously should move at the January transfer window.

I am finally over the frustration of Arsenal's loss to Man Ure.

Don't get me wrong we fully deserve to lose, weak links in your team, Almunia and Diaby, will always come back to bite. Wenger really screwed up by not replacing these two as well as not paying the going rate for Melo. Also surprised that ManU didn't spend more on CRon's money. Then again Arsenal and ManU have a lot of debt.

Anyways, Inter looks really good. Sneidjer and Eto'o are two fantastic pick ups and they are both motivated with something to prove to the teams that let them go. I am thinking there might be three Barca-Inter CL games this year with final one taking place at the Bernabeu.

With Arsenal switching to Barca's 4-3-3 with high pressure up the pitch, I would oh so love for them to clash in the knockout stage. Not saying we would win, but oh what fun.

Never underestimate the tactical genius of Carlo Ancelotti...especially if DDR moves to Stamford Bridge in January.

Lovely cross by Balotelli on Stankovic's goal.

Good point, I think Chelsea is the only other team that can crash the Barca-Inter party. Chelsea will easily win the Premier League this year. I love DDR, but how many world class midfielders does Chelsea need. Assuming Chelsea continues to play with Anelka and Drogba up front, How do you fit Lampard, Essien, Ballacks, Deco, Malouda, J Cole, Zhirkov, Mikel and DDR into four spots?

I keep replaying the Diaby own goal in my head. That game has gutted me, they played so fantastically and got nothing out of that game. ManU were quite frankly rubbish. I think I am one of the few Diaby fans, I think he will come good...I hate to keep throwing the potential tag out there but I think he will have a very good year still. Also disappointed however no other names came in the door. Guess we're stuck with the Swiss cover of Senderos/Djhorou.

I only saw bits of the Inter game but Milan got smashed...and how about those fantastic goals by Diego? The first goal vs Roma was stellar.
