Esco I was going for 15 down in a row when one of the mods deleted all my hard work. I think it was a modern day Terb record. Did anyone else see it for record verification?
Asian has a lot to do with it. In Mississauga, Asian thugs are known to prevail. The asian gangs are responsible for drugs and many other criminal offences. I am an extremely young looking asian male and was treated like a punk thug who drinks and drives.Esco! said:

Sometimes ya can't see the rotten part from the outside until you take a bite and then it may be too late.
One rotten apple in a sample basket that came from a whole orchard is not acceptable quality control. I'd wanna know why there was one rotten apple. I'd wanna know if it were problem specific to apple trees or if it were something environmental that was affecting apple trees and if so why.
It may be that there is more than one factor and those factors may be less apparent or show different symptoms in other fruit trees, but nonetheless exist and are detrimental to trees in general, especially under a weakened state due to poor weather conditions. It may be that ultimately, many are responsable and/or need to take responsibility - the individual farmers methods as well as those of the farmers union, the pesticide companies, fungicides/fertilizers or lack there of, environmental pollution etc
Generally speaking a fruit tree expert is more likely to be able to diagnose and cure a problem with fruit trees, just as the case would be with a vegetable farmer.
It may seem easier to prune the trees, rather than find out if the problem is at the roots, but then again there will be those farmers who can't make a diagnosis, due to lack of experience, even if a girdled root is exposed.

I would simply chalk it up as one bad apple and then take a cursory glance at another before I ate it. I certainly would not go so far as to say that one bad apple leads to an entire orchard being rotten. I also wouldn't assume that because I found one bad apple, that the entire orchard needs inspecting.
Perhaps I would inspect the tree that apple came from and possibly other trees close to that one, but the entire apple orchard?For anyone who was lost in translation. I am equating apples to black people in general. If you found one bad apple (black person), would you insepct the entire orchard? (black community)
I would simply inspect the tree (gang) it came from and trees close to that one (other criminal organizations connected to gangs). I would certainly not inspect the entire orchard because of one bad apple.

All the excuses of no jobs, education, rehabilitation etc. IMHO are just excuses. Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong! They know they're commiting a crime...you only need a Grade 1 education to know that.

Excuses?? The first two you listed are great preventative measures to stop youth gun violence. Rehabilitation is good after a corrective measure as prison. This definetly intergrates people back into society alot better than throwing them with no training or prospects. See, the problem lies with why do these youth want to commit crimes knowing that it is wrong since grade 1.The Bandit said:
