100%? So you think Guy Carbonneau belongs in the Hall of Fame?
3 Selke's and 3 Stanley Cup rings. Played 18 seasons. You can make an argument. But if I were voting I'd probably say no.

Jack Eichel traded from BUF to VGK (Sorry Calgary Flames fans!)

Will undergo cervical disc replacement surgery this week, out for about 3months.

Anyone think he'll ever be the franchise player many thought he had the potential to be?
Vegas didn't give up very much but I don't think I would have gone after Eichel. He's toxic. And who knows how effective he will be after his surgery.

Calgary playing the Leafs tonight with The Flames starting with the next thing up from a zamboni driver.

A backup goalie who’s played 7 games and has a career average of .877.

His potential upside in Vegas is massive if he can get physically healthy AND get his head straight. The head part I think will only come if he heals well physically. Otherwise, he likely winds up a bust.

5 more years on a contract that has an annual cap hit of $10mm and an NMC in the last 4 years. IMHO he's not a $10mm player even when healthy.

I didn't realize there was that much left on his contract. Yikes.

I don't think Dart watches hockey. Dart definitely has never seen Eichel play.

Ron McLean's, Small Town Hockey is a joy to watch. He's such a humanist, where's his white robe?

...this has been going on for decades.

The league just needs to ensure the Leafs play more games than other teams to keep it that way.
By points percentage Edmonton is in 3rd, Leafs are also bottom 5.
You must cry yourself to sleep after every Montreal game.

Snowflake: nice of you to be concerned but I think it would take a Habs fans to care that much.
I don't pull for Calgary or Edmonton either but they both have better records than the Leafs tonight based on points percentage.
I couldn't care less about the Habs but I have a fricken' hate-on for The Flames if that's any consolation.

The Leafs are nowhere near the bottom 5 in the league in points percentage. What kind of fuzzy math are you looking at?

Played Draft Kings tournament last night. First time this season. Placed 39th out of 176 doubled up my $20. Solid.
Thank you Alex Ovechkin and Ilya Samsonov

Absolutely correct sir, you just need to read the two posts ahead of that.

One fellow pointed out there were 4 Canadian teams in the top 10, which is exciting.

A response from someone who’s Maple Leaf bikini panties constrict the blood flow to the brain, bragged the leafs are the only ones in the top 5 and the other three are in “the bottom five” (of 10)

I was just pointing out that where the Leafs have played more games than other teams it’s insightful to look at points percentage.

That of course precipitated an attack because it doesn’t fit the standard Leafs Nation narrative that the Leafs are the most dominant team in the NHL and are Stanley Cup favourites for the 4th year in a row; that the Leafs will probably go undefeated the rest of the year and every player on the Leafs is a top-10 player in the NHL, etc. I’m sure you’ve read all about it.
There’s no room to question that on this forum.

That is all complete BS. Nobody is saying this. C'mon and give us some quotes to confirm your assertions.

This is the typical over the top interpretation of people who love to bash Leafs fans. Your minds are warped and not based in reality. Posts like this are just a waste of band width, like canada-man's posts.
