I like that outside pick. Good player. The Sens are definitely on the right track.I am going with Shane Pinto to win the Calder. He keeps improving at each level. Will be playing 2nd line minutes, a lot of opportunity as a rookie.

Maybe Brunette but I'd probably like a more experienced guy...Florida has started out 8-0, they got a shot at something big.So Joel Quenneville out as Florida coach. Who do they hire as his replacement? I think Tortarella would be a mistake personally. I think you give Andrew Brunette a shot. He has experience as an assistant coach with two organizations as well as Director of Player Personnel. If I'm wrong who else should be considered for the job?
I wouldn't go with Babcock or Tortarella. Boudreau I'd consider but his teams' lack of playoff success would be a major red flag.Maybe Brunette but I'd probably like a more experienced guy...Florida has started out 8-0, they got a shot at something big.
Babcock, Torteralla, Boudreau...
The Leafs already have that perfected.Boudreau I'd consider but his teams' lack of playoff success

Panthers and Hurricanes look amazing so far.... I'm not counting out the Islanders in the playoffs - they've had a playoff run every year since Tavares left.I'm waiting for our self-appointed hockey expert, Shack, to make his predictions. Both the Panthers and Hurricanes doing really well so far and both in the Eastern Conference so even qualifying for a wild card will be tough.
Panthers got or may get a new coach, so we'll see how they make out...wouldn't it be something if Freddie Anderson won some playoff rounds with the Hurricanes...Panthers and Hurricanes look amazing so far.... I'm not counting out the Islanders in the playoffs - they've had a playoff run every year since Tavares left.
Andersen had a shut out against Boston last week, that could be a sign.wouldn't it be something if Freddie Anderson won some playoff rounds with the Hurricanes...
I'm still living in your head. You prove it every time you mention me for no apparent reason. Do you dream about me too?I'm waiting for our self-appointed hockey expert, Shack, to make his predictions. He'll probably come out of the bushes after the fact like he normally does. LOL
You don't live in my head. You live on this board and piss off members so badly that they chase you away.I'm still living in your head. You prove it every time you mention me for no apparent reason. Do you dream about me too?![]()
Absolutely yes. Islanders are always in the hunt and well coached. But, imagine how much better if they had Tavares (just kidding!).I'm not counting out the Islanders in the playoffs - they've had a playoff run every year since Tavares left.
Andersen now also playing with a team that has a better defense.Andersen had a shut out against Boston last week, that could be a sign.![]()
Every time you mention my name out of the blue for no apparent reason, you prove that I do.You don't live in my head.
Please explain the correlation between predictions and manliness.Show some balls and post some predictions.
Oh please, do I have to explain "metaphorically speaking" again. Please explain the correlation between predictions and manliness.
Well, I did go to the trouble of explaining left hand vs. right hand for you.Oh please, do I have to explain "metaphorically speaking" again.
Actually, it was me who told you that he played with his non-dominant hand.Well, I did go to the trouble of explaining left hand vs. right hand for you.
Correctly predicting sports especially what might happen months later is far from easy. (Even the experts on radio and TV who do sports for a living often get it wrong.)Season starts in 3 days and counting. Time for some predictions

Indeed they do. In my lifetime they still haven't even made a SC final. The Leafs already have that perfected.
