1. Gang initiation
2. Drug deal gone bad
3. Victim got into a verbal altercation

The 2 suspects are probably gang members.
I mean who else carries a gun with them downtown Toronto

Highest murder rate was in 1991 with 3.9 per 100, 000.

We've never come close to beating that Chicago destroys that every year. If you want comparable rates to Chicago, you have to look at Thunder Bay or cities out west.
