Look, Peter considers informing people of their Constitutional rights "going against the mandate of the citizens of the US".
Although, to be fair, I don't think he has been one of those "rights for me, not for thee" people and has been in favor of just tearing up the Constitution and imposing a dictatorship of some kind openly.
"You need to have less empathy and cruel, powerful men should be in charge" seems to be an actual ideology in his case.

Trump invoked the alien enemies act because he wanted to deny due process to these illegal immigrants.
So by denying them due process, he is by definition not enforcing the constitution.
What he is doing is rather unconstitutional.
I am surprised there are no checks and balances on when the Alien Enemies act could be invoked because this is a misuse and abuse of power.

He doesn't want the Constitution enforced.
It is just "the whim of the King" (Trump and Musk, since PP1000 agrees with whatever they are doing).

There's videos of the same thing happening at AOC town halls. People interrupt proceedings and then are asked to leave. Difference from ones I've seen is that they leave.
