Many young men are becoming much more simpish and women want Chads.
The misogyny movement is turning off women.
The Internet / cell phone has given people to many choices. Which has created a sickness of indecisions among people there is a clinical term for this.
Dating apps created to many disillusioned people.
Then you have the cost of living anywhere. Low pay.
Sunday shopping didn't help either.
I have seen more women make more money then men.
Gold or money reveals the evil of people.
To many cuckolds men out there.
Many products don't last forever
University or college debt.
Drugs everywhere.
Gov't laws don't help men.
Most people have no discipline about themselves hence why they date so many people.

With the divorce rate so high why bother getting married and losing all you money in a divorce. It makes college debt look like a joke.

Women don’t need men for support anymore. They don’t need men for their money or bank accounts or credit cards like back in the days of your grandparents and great grandparents.
Because of that, women are simply not settling or don’t see the point in being in a relationship when they pay 50/50 and still do 100% of the housework and child raising. Marriage benefits men now. Not women. It is basically voluntary subjugation for women to get married.

True for some men, they really don't pitch in with the work. But these are also the women who really regret it when they're in their late 30's and trying to settle down and have kids.
My reason right there. Have had plenty of great relationships with fantastic women but each one had something(or I did) that made a lifetime relationship improbable. NOT being super picky or anything, just things like one of us being a morning or night person or having very different tastes in music. For example I like having music on throughout my home most of the day. Just low volume, but full, rich sound. One woman was really really bothered by this but needed to have citypulse news on 24/7 ... repeating the SAME stories every 20 minutes. I know it seems petty but those everyday things can get on one's nerves.
I'd hate to have married or had kids with any one of them and/or having to have split my assets and/or support her and kids that were just part-time and all the drama that entails.
Having said that, the online dating scene has declined markedly in the last 7-8 years. As others have said, way too many choices leading to overwhelming paralysis by analysis for women. And all the sheer volume (hundreds of replies) makes even the least desirable women become deluded as to their standards they could attract. And hypergamy is a huge issue no matter how high value/attractive a man you are. The FOMO is so strong, it is irresistable to many women knowing there just might be an even better guy one swipe away...
Yeah, the hypergamy thing is on hyper drive. Will it lead to extinction?

To be fair, not saying all men are doing enough housework, child rearing, etc.

No. There are many parts of the world where the birth rate is well above replacement level. They're also the poorest parts of the world.
It won't lead to extinction, but it will lead to global poverty.
Because in the poorer parts of the world having kids is one of the few things they still can do. It's not like they are planning an annual vacation to Bali or playing golf every week-end.
In today's world being a girl I would be gay. I would only tolerate and enjoy other women.
