Demographics are being reformed by immgration. Delivery can be changed, processes changed, more automation, more specialization, new classes of medical personell to deliver service etc etc. I don't understand why people like you cannot look at the evidence. For example the USA spends FAR more then us and delivers worse outcomes. There are others that spend less and deliver better outcomes. Ontario spends less then AB and delivers similar outcomes.
