# of fatalities should be the barometer, not the number of incidents. And given that Islamic extremism is a bigger threat than so called right wing extremism.
This is always the conundrum. Low frequency/high cost VS higher frequency/lower cost.
But, articulating what should the criteria is the way to go.

and I wish you many more years

but if some members are suggesting that your posting style resembles Kautilya"s

then maybe there is something to it
That's where I believe the difference is.

Kaut was inarticulate, illogical and routinely flew off the handle. Shaq seems, more intelligent, more measured in his replies and is capable of partaking in an intelligible conversation without resorting to insults, name-calling and ad hominem attacks. Kaut never once displayed (to me) that he was ever capable of being involved in a civil discussion.

I think that they're different because their styles are very, very different, but I've been fooled before.

My thoughts as well. Shack and I disagree on many topics, but we try to keep it civil. Kautilya did not.

Welcome back Shack!

I hope that your loathing of Trump is not clouding your judgment
No.
I actually support some of Trump's foreign policy positions about not getting into wars, or giving aid to Ukraine and so on.
I do not support some of Trump's domestic policies but those are also some of his most important policy positions.
And then there is his character.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think he left the forum voluntarily and had all his posts deleted
Not quite. He came back with another handle to say goodbye in his characteristically pleasant manner.

It was quite funny. He insulted everyone for being on an escort review board. Apparently he was better than the rest of us who pay for sex.

They lied about that to start a war for regime change.
Why would they lie about domestic terrorism?
Also to call it a lie you'd need to know more than the FBI or DHS, which I dont believe anyone else does.
To increase their budgets, set up increased monitoring of USA citizens, justify existing budgets, test new equipment. Notice how when a tech oligarch plays ball they get plum contracts?

Bezos, Musk, Facebook, Microsoft, and more. All hand over information. These people want power. And so do the govt officials.

I was wrong this time just like you were wrong last time about the Germany attack where you and your right wing friends thought that just because the guy had a Muslim name he was an Islamic terrorist.
Turned out he was a right wing nut and conspiracy theorist.
You and your buddies then started spinning your own narratives.
Atleast I dont resort to mental gymnastics like you and invent narratives to convince myself otherwise.
ya sure so a muslim commits the attack at christmas in the christmas city and it was a right wing terrorist do you even hear yourself talk
