So it's the best way or no way?

Ukraine isn't going to win, they could have won but they have not been getting the support needed and that we could have given them. From early on I've been disappointed at the level of support, drips and drabs.
They don't have the money... but guess who does.
Public opinion? The people are retarded.

No aid is enough aid? Sure if you are a Neville Chamberlain.

Also what we do in Ukraine will have a big impact on how West Taiwan sees an invasion of Taiwan. We can pay now, or we can pay even more later.

BTW I wasn't doing a strawman argument. I was purposely misunderstanding what you posted for humous intent to mock your position. There is a difference. Don't be a Hans Frankfooter.
It is a strawman to argue that Russia is going to invade Europe.
If they couldn't invade Ukraine which per you has been getting drips and drabs, which only cost 100s of billions, how can they invade Europe?.
Russia was reported to have lost all its weapons quite early and are apparently using 1950s tanks, Iranian drones and NK soldiers.
Even then Ukraine is not successful.
So may be Ukraine is bad at war and the aid is not really drips and drabs, but a total waste of money.
Who knows.
The point is all of these arguments - Neville Chamberlain, Russia is going to invade Europe etc have been used for 3 years.
100s of billions have been given.
No real results.
But we cannot keep sending our tax payer money to a foreign nation.
We've run out especially with unemployment, job loss, inflation, people not being able to make ends meet here.
So a diplomatic solution which was always how this was going to end anyway, needs to be pursued.
Except now, it is disadvantageous for Ukraine.
Well it is what it is.

I don't believe that in the post you quoted that I said anything about Russia invading Europe. although Ukraine is literally in Europe and Russia is invading them.
Also
"Russia was reported to have lost all its weapons quite early and are apparently using 1950s tanks, Iranian drones and NK soldiers.

That's sounds pretty successful to me. Imagine if the West took the gloves off with the help. And the aid was drips and drabs, look it up compared to the total numbers involved.
Also you say no results, read what you wrote again, I'd call those results. Also did Russia take over Ukraine. I'd call that results. Fucking over the Russian military, that's money well spent giving them pause, giving China and North Korea pause before they consider being no goodnicks [not that North Korea could fight a terminally ill child but maybe with help, or try because of delulu.

Also if we did let Russia roll over Ukraine without doing anything, are you sure the Potato Union wouldn't be next. They were soviet clay just like Ukraine and although NATO, if you read the text of article 5, in theory all we have to do is send a stern letter to Russia saying "not cool brah", and we would be complaint
"will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area. "

If NATO did nothing because it was afraid of escalating things with Russia, Poutine would not be unreasonable to think that an attack on the Potato Union would could also result in a half assed respose. 3 Countries with guts but small populations and armies that wouldn't stand a chance. I am sure Poutine wouldn't mind getting his hands on that clay either, land bridge between Russia proper and East Prussia.

Also the US and other NATO countries send billions all over the world. Troops stationed in South Korea [not NATO. It's kinda what they do.
So yeah, we can send a small fraction of our military budget to other countries for quite a while if it fucks up one opponent and dissuades others from fucking around and finding out

Also now it's disadvantagous to Ukraine. What the fuck.
You know Russia was on the Outskirts of Kiev, had has much more claw to the west and north than they do now right?
They never would have been compelled to withdraw if we did nothing. You know Ukraine is sitting in parts of Kursk Oblast?
And that is with marginal aid.
Also if we did absolutely nothing, Russia probably would have gone for and achieved full occupation by now.

Theoretically possible for the sake of an argument.
But practically that is as close to becoming reality as that gets.
Except we have been sending all sorts of Ukraine as individual members states to Ukraine and all over the world. Why can't we double it. What NATO article prevents that?

But hey if the aid we are sending is theoretical and and not actual aid. Why so serious?

So you're saying that it's ok to send tax payer money to feed the Israeli Death Machine, but not ok for Ukraine to defend itself?

Latest kill count 44,026 Palestinians killed. 1182 Israelis in the Hamas-Israeli War.

Because we have to double it.
Or triple it.
Or quadruple it.
We dont have the money to do it.
And it could possibly escalate to nuclear war.
So this is as much that Ukraine gets.
This is as much that Ukraine achieves.
There is one way to take off the gloves as you put it.
It is to let them join NATO and then defend them as NATO would a member state.
That is not happening either.
You are asking why not do this or do that.
This is wishful thinking.
The reality is none of what you suggested is going to happen.
If it was going to happen it should have happened in the last 3 years.
Definitely not now with Trump at the helm.
I consider the justification for aid, to be a strawman argument.
But even if you disagree with that, which you do, what I stated above is what is happening presently.
So where do we go from here?
We end the war through diplomacy with Ukraine making compromises.
They were idiots to choose alignment with the west in the first place anyway.
A country in their position should have stayed neutral.
But it was their choice and things turned out the way they did.
Now with the present realities, they have to make their choice on how to proceed.
If they want to fight they can but with no aid or even less than what they got earlier.
Or cut their losses and call it a day.
If they choose to do the latter they wouldn't be the first country to cede land to an aggressor in the interest of peace.
There are plenty of examples where that has happened.

Actually the results are real if you look at the map. Russia would've gobbled up half of Ukraine if not more had it not been for western arms and aid.

Funny how people who are always shiting their pants about Putin are the same ones saying they are a gas station with nukes and use washing machine CPUs. lol.
Nobody is shitting their pants over Putin. Well... except Putin! :ROFLMAO:

He's in wayyyyyyy over his head and mark my words, Putin will not die a peaceful natural death. Nor will he be in power in say 2, maybe 3 years at best.

And yes, Russia is a fucked up country that creates nothing, only steals and exploits from themselves and others.

It is next to impossible for Russia to occupy and hold on to
nearly as much as half of Ukraine. At most Russia can only
take a little more territories than it has already gained before
the war (hopefully) ends.

Lockheed Martin, RTX Corp, Boeing, General Dynamics and
other U.S. defense manufactuers would hope you are wrong.
I bet they are counting on Europe to be scared shitless by Trump's
return as well as imaginary future aggression of Putin for them to
make big bucks in the coming years.

1: So one side specifically target civilians with murder rape and hostage taking and you are hero. The other side counter attack achieving civilian to military deaths of never before seen low levels for combat in built up areas vs an enemy trying to counteract your attempts to prevent civilian dead by telling their own people to ignore evacuation orders and human human shields. And you refer to the otherside as a death machine.
Right, unless you are doing homage to the greatest band ever after Steel Panther, Austrian Death Machine, kinda unfair to Jews this double standard.

Also that 44K includes Hamas military dead.

On Okinawa the ratio was pushing almost 10 to 1 dead in favor of the Americans, so I guess we should shit on them for doing war better?

Also Hamas knew bloody well what would happen, what should happen, what must happen even if they insist on hiding behind their own people and purposely getting them killed.
They have been doing everything the can to up their body count.

They still attacked, an attack that had 0 chance of success, they still did it.

You are indeed brave Sir NotADoctor but you are susceptible to Zionist propaganda. The Gazans cannot afford human shields, it's demographic suicide. The Oct 7th attack was a response to the Orthodox settlers cutting the West Bank in two, it still remains the big prize. The endgame is to expel all Palestinians from the Holy Land.

Human shields would be atrocious since the IDF is killing women and children indiscriminately. Case in point: Poland. In the aftermath of WWII the Polish population declined, the Nazis targeted Polish women and children for slaughter. It would make the IDF's goal much easier if the Palestinians used human shields.

Meanwhile Gaza population has magically grown throughout the years of genocide
