BS. In one way or another there will be Arab attacks against Israel. Islam says that the Jews/infidels must be driven out.

Occupation or not the Arabs will always hate the Jews and Israel must be on alert regardless of what the circumstances are around them. Preventive security is a must. Attacks against Israel initiating from Gaza created this situation.
