If you're Canadian, and from a trade perspective, you have dealings with the US almost daily
is there gonna be tariffs or anything else tangible?
The biggest tariff on us has been Trudeau since 2015. He alone is the biggest threat to our economy among other geopolitical issues.

Polievre will have the biggest majority in Cdn election history because sellout Singh colluded with Trudy to game the system. Only way to combat that is with a clean sweep much like Trump and the senate/house last night.
This win will energize all the existing Canadian Conservative supporters who have been labelled “Maple MAGA” as some sort of attempt at an insult & those on the fence will now join in on the momentum.

There will be some tariffs, but I dont think Trump will start putting tariffs on everything.
Also the bulk will most likely be on Chinese goods

I had a conversation with a recruiter yesterday.
She started the conversation introducing herself and giving me a long land acknowledgement - "i am a settler and I acknowledge this land belongs to blah blah".

For Canada the 2 big impacts will be increased immigration from USA to Canada.
Including illegal immigration as they flee the US.
And any impacts tariffs bring to our businesses. Trump was talking about global tariffs.
Hope we are able to negotiate an exception to that.

If that is such a concerning issue, then amend the constitution and add it to it.
