"He's KKK and Hitler!"

10 years of this garbage.

Keep up the rhetoric. Every day more people are sickened by it.
he could only dream of being as powerful as Hitler and has said as much. Trumps a coward and more of an errand boy for the real dictators like MBS and Putin. Trump is more of a Gerhard Wilhelm Kunze - sowing discord in America and spreading hate

History? Really? I see many so-called socialist countries that are democratic and not communist. In fact, most of Europe would fall into what Americans consider socialist. How many of them are communist? Could we make the reverse argument that history shows anti-communism leads to fascism?

Much of what the left is calling for is not radical. It shouldn't be controversial. But the billionaires who fund think tanks and what not have convinced so many people to vote against their own interests....

I guess you never heard of Russia, China, North Korea, Laos, Venezuela, Vietnam, Cuba,...

Like I said, the end game of socialism ie Marxism, is Communism. Look it up and learn from history.

Where do you factor in the Scandanavian countries, or Canada, or Australia, or most of western Europe? They all have socialist policies, as does the USA (social security and Medicare, for 2, both wildly popular).
I'm asking honestly.

What happened to Dr.Phil's claims that he is not political? Only that he backs up Trump at every chance he gets. Another lying POS twat who needs to go to Turkey for a hair transplant. I blame Oprah for bringing this dumbass to the public.
We get it..You're woke...You're a DEI, equality of outcome type of guy.

Being woke is actually positive. It used to mean tolerance towards racism. I do not know how it became negative by the maga. But treat me woke all you want. Its a badge of honour for me. Im not one to ban books or ban abortion.
Without looking it up tell me how equality of outcome is a good idea?

Not sure i see the relation with my post but i never said equality of incomes is needed. There will always be people that work or invest more that should get more income.

What we are living now is inequalities. Why a nurse or a teacher are no longer able to live in our cities? This will destroy our living. We need regular folks to be able to afford living.

As a regular citizen i would say its our goal to achieve that or our city will turn ugly, where we all lose.

It's equality of outcome not income....You clearly don't understand DEI.

This is not black & white. Obviously there are elements of socialism in varying degrees in all the countries you mentioned.
My point is that unbridled socialism inevitably leads to Communism as the end game.

It starts slowly and has a way of going from "social programs" which are typically welcomed and most would agree with...and if unchecked, escalating to the mentality of "capitalism is bad and rich people should be punished"...which we are hearing more and more from the left.

Capitalism funds socialism in almost any form. It's not bad. It's required.

"used to mean" is the key point here.

What it means today is being disingenuous to avoid being cancelled.

i.e. hiring someone based on the colour of their skin rather than based on merit so to create the illusion of DEI so that you won't be cancelled.

I find it more racist to hire a visible minority for that reason alone rather than not hiring a visible minority because they are not the best candidate.

WOKE -"By the mid-20th century, woke had come to mean 'well-informed' or 'aware', especially in a political or cultural sense."

Ok, yup, I am!

I hire folks based on skill level but hey, whatever you want to believe is cool.

Question, do you know what equality of outcome is? I have a suspicion you do not.

This isn't the mid 20th century and words migrate and your persona on here is neither of those things.

Here take a moment to learn something.

I agree there has to be a line, and usually in the USA it is never as far left as Scandinavia although there are some folks jonesing for exactly that. No one of any repute pushing communism.
However, the Scandinavian countries haven't become communist. Or not yet in the past 80 years.
Anyhow, it's usually not whether there is some socialism, but how much. Honest people can disagree.

There's a fine line between "pushing Communism" and pushing Socialism.
I would argue that Scandinavian countries are more capitalist in nature than Socialist within the past 40 years or so.

Would you think they're more socialist than Australia, Canada, UK, USA? I reckon USA least socialist of the lot.
