He also got COVID during that period. And, while the mind might be willing, the body might not be able. So, while he might have wanted to keep going, he realized it was in the country's best interest to step aside. That's real leadership.

As for the definition of coup, the Oxford Dictionary, which is the gold standard, defines it as: a sudden, violent, and unlawful seizure of power from a government. Which....this was none of the above. Harris didn't illegally boot Biden from office, nor was it violent or an unlawful seizure.

As for Emhoff and the allegations....Yes, it is concerning. But, as mentioned, it doesn't change the fact that he is not running for office. And, it isn't like this hasn't been covered by the MSM. Finally, they are allegations. I'm not going to say one way of another if he did or did not do what they claim....But, I am also more sceptical about allegations that appear in the Daily Mail (or Daily Fail as many call it). Who's to say this isn't a plant, they couldn't find anything on Harris so they went after her husband. And, the fact of the matter is the Republican candidate has multiple accusations of sexual assault...but that doesn't seem to bother MAGA....
