Don't kick me out of the thread, but I thought I'd make it a little more piquante with some Norteno.

Carmelita was written by Warren Zevon. He recorded it in 1976, but the original recording was by Ontario's own Murray McLaughlin in 1972.

I searched The Lounge to see if there have been any general threads with C&W music posts, and couldn't find any.

I like some classic C&W, but not very much modern.

Over the next couple of nights I'm gonna post some of my favourites.
