Thoughts on tonight’s debate: During the Biden/Trump debate Jake Tapper and Dana Bash interrupted or corrected Trump not a single time. Not ONE single time. Tonight, ABC moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis interrupted or corrected Trump 11 times. Tonight was 3 to 1. Kamala did her best to agitate and try to get under Trumps skin by bringing up certain lies. 1. Project 2025 2. She claimed he said he will terminate the constitution. 3. Mis-using “Bloodbath” 4. Charlottesville 5. January 6th 6. He wants to be a dictator on day one 7. Donald Trump left us ⁃The worst unemployment ⁃The worst pandemic in The last century Trump followed through to try to get under her skin: 1. They left the tariffs Trump left on China for 3 1/2 years 2. She hates Israel 3. “She doesn’t have a plan. It’s like 4 sentences”. 4. I was gonna send her a Maga Hat. 5. Her father is a Marxist. He taught her well. 6. Her Vice President pick. Abortion in the 9th month. 7. Her boss. He spends most of his time at the beach. 8. They didn’t fire anyone 9. I‘m sorry. I ‘m talking now. 10. She is Joe Biden’s 11. This is a crooked Her highlight of the evening: 1.Abortion topic - She was able to articulate that very well Her downfall 1.Economy - you could tell she doesn’t know much about the economy. She seemed very nervous. His highlights: 1.Economy 2.His track record with no war when he was president 3.He challenged her to leave the debate stage and go to DC to Sign a bill to say the border is closed. His downfall: 1.Eating dogs Biggest Marketing mistake of the night: Kamala thought it was a good idea to say: “I invite you to go to one of Trump’s rallies. People leave the rally early.” Terrible idea when you have zero moral authority of not doing any rallies. Trump’s marketing team can and will easily use that as a clip to drive to his rallies. Last observation about tonight’s debate: 1. Kamala kept looking at him mocking him when he was speaking. 2. Trump didn’t look at her when he was speaking. Thought on moderators once it was done: 1.When they asked if Kamala has met Putin, why didn’t you FOLLOW UP on the question? The people never got an answer. 2.Even thought they interrupted Trump consistently, They did better than expected 3.David Muir did his best to be fair to both candidates. I give him an 8 4.Linsey Davis asked one of the toughest questions of the night of Kamala even though you can tell she didn’t like Trump. I give her a 7 5.For whatever reason, it seemed like Linsey Davis went 20-30 minutes without asking a question. Not sure if ABC was behind it or if it was pre-planned. Not sure but it was a bit weird. Kamala sounded like a condescending aunt lecturing kids. Trump sounded like an angry patriot defending his nation. Either way, this was a better debate than Biden/Trump.

Donald Trump Delivers Crushing Blow to Kamala Harris in His Closing Statements “So she just started by saying, she's going to do this, she's going to do that, she's going to do all these wonderful things. Why hasn't she done it?” “I rebuilt our entire military. She gave a lot of it away to the Taliban. She gave it to Afghanistan.” “The worst president, the worst vice president in the history of our country.”

Taylor Swift endorses Kamala Harris in post-debate Instagram post
The “Shake It Off” singer publicly supported the Democratic presidential ticket. Her impact on the 2024 race could be difficult to measure.

Global superstar Taylor Swift on Tuesday announced her support for Kamala Harris' presidential campaign in a highly anticipated endorsement that could energize millions of so-called Swifties.

The “Fortnight” singer endorsed the Democratic nominee in a post on Instagram moments after Harris' first debate with Donald Trumpwrapped up.

"Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight," Swift wrote. "If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most. As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country."

She continued:

I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.
She signed the post “childless cat lady,” a clear reference to controversial remarks from Trump’s running mate, Sen. JD Vance.

Harris didn’t endorse President Joe Biden before he dropped out of the race, but she also didn’t endorse the Biden-Harris ticket in 2020until about a month before the election.

Swift's reach is arguably unmatched, with some contending she's now the most famous person in the world amid her record-breakingEras Tour. She has more than 280 million Instagram followers, far surpassing Harris' 17 million and Donald Trump's 26 million.

But do those metrics translate into actual political influence? It's a subject scholars and pundits have debated for years.

According to a PolitiFact article published in February, it would be “misguided to assume that Swift’s potential involvement in the race would be a magic bullet with guaranteed results.” The article continued:

Experts say it often takes more than a single message or action for celebrity endorsements to move the needle in elections. And younger people could be particularly hard to sway because they consistently chalk up the lowest turnout rates at the polls. An endorsement would draw attention, but her fans already lean left.
As my colleague Ja'han Jones wrote for The ReidOut Blog in May, some celebrity endorsements, including one from Swift, haven't meaningfully affected outcomes in recent years. Jones wrote:

Beyoncé endorsed Beto O’Rourke, a Democrat, in her home state of Texas in 2018 against Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. And that same year Taylor Swift endorsed Democratic Senate candidate Phil Bredesen’s effort to oust Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. Both O’Rourke and Bredesen lost, and the celebrity endorsements seemed hardly to have moved the needle.
So the power of her endorsement may not lie in flipping Trump supporters or wooing independents as much as it does in her ability to engage and turn out voters generally. Vote.org said it saw a 1,226% jump in participation in the hour after Swift's September 2023 Instagram post encouraging her followers to register to vote, NPR reported.

“Many Republicans correctly view Taylor as an influential force,” MSNBC's Ari Melber told his viewers in January. “Her impact goes from culture and music to a wider resurgent feminism to civic engagement. It could shape turnout.”

Regardless of whether Swift's endorsement delivers massive results for the Harris-Walz ticket, it's one the Biden campaign reportedly fought hard to win.

As The New York Times reported in January, California Gov. Gavin Newsom — then a top surrogate for the Biden campaign — had practically begged the pop icon to speak out in support of the president's re-election bid.

“Taylor Swift stands tall and unique,” Newsom, who endorsed Harrisafter Biden withdrew, told reporters in September 2023. “What she was able to accomplish just in getting young people activated to consider that they have a voice and that they should have a choice in the next election, I think, is profoundly powerful.”

Harris gives Trump an ass-whooping like no one has ever seen before.
Trump got fisted with tabasco lube, when Kamala was finished she put her spike heel on his balls and gave him a shove.

I would really like to know how the donations are coming in tonight at both parties.

There are three times more guns in the USA than people, either way Trump will make America burn.
THere are 450 trees for every person on the planet, if they ever develop the taste for human blood, I bet you want to be in a place with a 3-1 ratio of guns to Soylent Green.
