There are two ICJ rulings.
1) That the occupation of Palestine is illegal, Israel must leave and Israel must pay restitution.
2) On the upcoming genocide question, Provisional Measures ordered Israel to 'prevent killing Palestinians', allow all aid through and arrest those who incite genocide.

Neither side was ordered to return hostages, they are concerned with genocide and the illegal occupation.
Those are the real issues.

Israel hasn't abided by 62 UN resolutions, including the two UNSC resolutions calling for ceasefire.
Why do you think Israel doesn't have to abide but Hamas does?
Hamas isn't a UN member.
So you're saying Hamas the terrorists that they are can freely attack Israel since they aren't a UN member...but then run to UN when Israel retaliates? sounds like a scam...

It really doesn't matter what people post here, does it?
You just spout the same 'but Hamas' crap over and over again.

You just can't understand that Hamas is just the latest Palestinian resistance to the illegal occupation of Palestine.
Even if Israel could get rid of Hamas there will just be a new generation of orphans that will fight to resist the occupation as long as it continues.

The root problem is the occupation, not Hamas.

Tweets from legit sources are evidence, rich.
I don't post BS.

Do you want more info on those attacks listed?
They should be pretty common knowledge, are you really saying that you know nothing of what happened before Oct 7?

He's saying that he doesn't want to talk about the HRW report of July 17 which does say that the hostages captured, specifically by Hamas on Oct. 7, need to be returned immediately and unconditionally. There was no mention of Israeli actions on that day or demands placed on Israel because of the events of that day. Geno doesn't like talking about things like that and thinks if he doesn't talk about it, it didn't happen and he can fool us with his Bizarro logic and double talk..

If he responds, he will not mention that report directly. He will deflect, dodge and dance and mention other HRW statements but not the one relating to Oct.7, the date that nobody can deny is when the level of conflict increased as did the hardships of the Gazans. Note: I did not say began but I said increased and has not abated to this day.

I'm saying take that report to the ICC, ICJ and UN and let them act.
Has Israel responded the UNSC resolution demanding a ceasefire yet?
Why do you think Israel is above the law?

You are so very right and it applies to you more than anyone else.
You just spout the same 'but Hamas' crap over and over again.
You just spout the same "but Zionist/genocide/apartheid crap" over and over again ad nauseum which is why you are recognized as Geno. The shoe fits. Wear it. There is no "if" required.

You are late to the party shazi. But now that you are here, you’ve got quite a backlog to acknowledge and address.

Not the ones from Al-Jizz or your other far-left, pro-Pali and doctored tweets. Half the time you do not even provide the sources, just the AI images.

Says our resident king of BS. Here's evidence of that, which is more solid than any evidence you provide.

Case closed.

As predicted, total avoidance of the HRW report of Oct.7. You're not fooling anyone, Geno.
October 7 Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes by Hamas-led Groups
Armed Groups Holding Hostages Should Free Them Immediately

Hamas-led armed groups committed numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity against civilians during the October 7 assault on southern Israel.

Palestinian fighters committed summary killings, hostage-taking and other war crimes, and the crimes against humanity of murder and wrongful imprisonment.

Governments with influence over the Palestinian armed groups should press for the urgent release of all civilian hostages.

(Jerusalem) – Hamas’ military wing – the Qassam Brigades – and at least four other Palestinian armed groups committed numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity against civilians during the October 7, 2023 assault on southern Israel, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. Governments with influence over the armed groups should press for the urgent release of civilian hostages, an ongoing war crime, and for those responsible to be brought to justice.

Not as backlogged as Geno on this, also from HRW:
October 7 Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes by Hamas-led Groups | Human Rights Watch (hrw.org)

Why aren't you calling him out, Little Buddy? Until, then, stifle.

Just as you come on here to cheer on killing more Palestinians every day.
300 days and 36kg of explosives for ever woman, child and man in Gaza and Israel still hasn't beat Hamas?

Unless their target really just is children....
