Nope not rape

Did you not read this sentence:

"The verdict also doesn't mean that Trump didn't rape Carroll. It might mean that the jury didn't believe the assault included penetration, or it could mean they weren't sure or found the evidence not as clear as that for assault, or it could be a compromise verdict."
But of course oracle and the righties believe this from their cult leader:

During the broadcast, Trump said: "This is a fake story, made-up story. I have no idea who the hell she is. She's a wack job."
So, was Trump then telling the truth or lying?

Is his wife Jill behind President Biden staying in the race?...Seems like we're hearing this more and more.
Read some reports that the family wants him to stay in. They are pissed at his advisors who managed and prepped him for the debate. The family didn't like their debate strategy. Of course, it's hearsay until someone is quoted.

What is interesting is why the early June 27 debate. Was it merely the campaign's strategy to demonstrate Biden's vitality? Perhaps they were over confident.

Or.......and this is a big Or, Democratic insiders forced the campaign to debate early and prove Biden's capabilities in advance of the convention. After the convention, it would be close to the point of no return.

Beav, you have to help me here. I don't think anyone disagrees with the Cornell Law Professor's statement. What is the big point you are making?

I think sometimes you have to step back, try to read words without bias and look at clever wordsmithing. Just appreciate it and realize it doesn't advance a clear argument.

Whatever strategy the richest country on earth is now stuck with a candidate way too old and incapacitated for the job. And another one who is a lifetime fraud who is not afraid to bypass any law and posess zero morale or humanity.

That is the reality. I still prefer Bidden as his team can handle the task on his behalf.

A masterclass lol...
Newsom has to be careful to not be critical of Biden.

Newsom certainly has a team ready to go. I would expect given his stature as the Governor of California he has on speed dial every big Democratic donor.

You will see a masterclass from Newsom.

Which fact checker said that Trump did not digitally rape E. Jean Caroll? He was literally found liable for "SEXUALLY ABUSING and defaming" Caroll. Nice try.
You are wrong.

In this CIVIL case, the jury did not believe that Trump's sexual assault of E. Jean Carrol amounted to the legal definition of "rape". They categorized it "sexual assault".

And toads using the words "felony rape", "felony this and that" watched too much Law and Order TV. This was a civil trial, not a criminal trial.

Nonetheless "grabbing her by the pussy" is despicable and the jury sent the message to Trump that not only did they believe he likely committed this assault, and it came with financial consequences. The Jury also said they did not believe his public denials and that calling Carrol a liar and opportunistic fraud artist were therefore slanderous.

And the second time the big mouthed fuckwit said so, they sent an $80 million dollar message that his continuation to do so would continue to have consequences.

I don't engage with you and Frankie much anymore because of things like this. You don't stick to waht is in front of you. You need to jazz things up a bit too much and put words and meanings into other people's mouths that are deliberately (or stupidly, if you have comprehension issues) misleading.

While we share similar opinions on politics and world events, you two are debasing yourselves into MAGA'tards, just with a different agenda.

How do you see him doing in the swing states though?...Cause that's all that matters.

Okay fine, now name the team...Because that's who really will be making the decisions.
Do you think Biden has shaped himself all plans and actions the Democrats took in the last 4 years? Does not work that way. It`s all about consensus.

Except for two issues, Schlong.
1) Trump tried to sue Carroll for her calling him a rapist and the judge in that case agreed that 'rape' is the correct term.
2) Common use of the language, when someone is found guilty of sexual assault we don't call them a 'sexual assaultist', we call them a rapist. Whether or not the law uses the term sexual assault or rape, the common use of the language is to label those perps as rapists.

You just proved what I said about you. You twost things to suit your agenda.

The Judge's opinion on the definition of rape in the dismissed Trump case against Carrol is like using a double negative or something.

The legal definition of rape, sexual assault etc varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, criminal vs civil. Unlike you who is the absolutist fountain of certainty, I adapt to the argument based on the case and circumstances, including the law of that jurisdiction. I don't conflate and inflate as it suits my narrative.

That's why I have credibility with all parties of an issue. Because I have the integrity to try to stick to the issues. I am viscerally disgusted by Trump on all levels. He is exploitive on every level. But in the case of E. Jean Carrol he was not adjudicated as having committed "rape" as defined by that court, in that jurisdiction, in the facts of that case.

But... whatever 🤷‍♂️ .

I really don't know. I don't know how much people know about Newsom.

Many voters will have a visceral reaction to California and its leader. Some might think California is an awesome, idyllic place. Others will think CA has crazy politics.

A shortened window might work to Newsom's charisma without getting bogged down on policy. The younger voters might be more inclined to vote for a younger man who relates to them.

There are so many variables. I haven't even mentioned the possibility that black voters particularly black females will stay home if they bypass Kamala.

The question for Dems is does Biden have a good chance of winning. If the answer is no, they have every reason to want to shake things up and start over. I suspect behind the scenes these debates are taking place amongst Democratic leaders and the Democratic Congressmen on the ticket in November.
