Sorry KB, dirtydaveiii and others, you're in the minority on how the membership views sexual assault/rape cases.
When you take the Trump name out of the equation, members overwhelmingly wanted a reasonable statute of limitation (less than 7 years) in sexual assault/rape cases. Common sense shouldn't be a surprise to anyone unless it tends to confuse them.

The jurors in the CIVIL suit rejected Carroll's claims of rape, thus reducing it to a lesser degree of sexual abuse. He was found LIABLE vs guilty, as there is no such verdict as a GUILTY conviction in a CIVIL case.
