I don’t think it’s the case that no one believes her; I just think his supporters don’t give af that he’s a rapist. In fact, some of them kinda like it.

Yes we have been over this. The fact remains that Trump non-consensually inserted his finger into a woman. That is fact. That is rape. The only reason he was not convicted of rape was because the statue of limitations had expired and in the state of NY the definition of rape is non-consensual "penis in vagina". That is a technicality. But for all intents and purposes it IS infact rape.

When Trump says Mexico is sending them, that is what it means. He is saying the State of Mexico is sending rapists to the US. That is both false and racist. And whether or not it was politically motivated, the fact remains that Trump is guilty because he non-consensually inserted his finger into a woman. That is rape.

It would seem to me that if you find yourself in a situation where you are reduced to trying to wordsmith the difference between the civil vs criminal definition of being a rapist then you have probably lost the argument.

The jurors in the CIVIL suit rejected Carroll's claims of rape, thus reducing it to a lesser degree of sexual abuse. He was found LIABLE vs guilty, as there is no such verdict as a GUILTY conviction in a CIVIL case.
