Yes, Hamas was responding to the 238 settler terrorist attacks on Palestinians in 2023 along with the storming of the Al Aqsa, on behalf of Palestinians.
As they did in 2021 as well, for similar reasons.

The only difference is that this time they got beyond the concentration camp because its likely Netanyahu allowed them so he could start a war.

You can't use that as an excuse to strip Palestinians of their right to self defence against an illegal occupation.

You are trying to argue that if you call someone a terrorist then you can declare they no longer are human and have human rights, aren't you?
That's a shitty tactic.

If you think that's true then any country can call anyone a terrorist and deprive them of human rights or kill them.

Its a stupid question that I didn't think you were taking seriously.
Not all Palestinians are Hamas just the way that not all Jews are zionists.

The question still stands, why do you think declaring someone a terrorist means they don't have human rights?
All that does is turn you into a terrorist yourself, where you declare that you can kill anyone, their family and their homes because you declared they are not human, just 'terrorists'. That makes you into a terrorist.

Either you accept everyone has human rights or you don't.
