you have not heard music until you have heard it on psychedelics it is like you are composing it in your head
Koerner Hall is a wonderful place to take in a recital, perfect acoustics. Parking is horrible, take the subway to Bloor it's a short walk from there.

Don't have much experience with psychedelics. When they gave me Delaudid this was playing in my head...no headphones.

Could EVH play Andrew York's Sunburst - of course he could. York played the piece at John Cleese's Secret Policeman's Ball.

Starts at 2:10

David Oistrakh is like Glenn Gould, immortal. He championed Szymanowki's Nocturne and Tarantella, here played by a young prodigy - he would be proud.

Polish names are hard to spell, her first name is Marcelina then you get her last name: Sztekmiler.

Monty Python were heavily into classical music, they presented it in the best possible light.

Are there any SPs who are also accomplished musicians? I would pay a premium to eat a woman’s ass while she’s bent over playing Chopin
FUCKIN A BUBBA.

An sp that looked like Oui Oui squatting down on my face while playing Chopin. I'd end up like Richard Pryor's dad, he came and went at the same time.

I love classical! Beethoven, J.S. Bach, Vivaldi. I like listening to Galaxie Pop Classics or Galaxie Baroque on my t.v. - listening to it right now. :)

I played clarinet but haven't touched one in years. I was pretty good - I keep thinking I shoudl buy one and get back into it. Maybe that'll be my new year's resolution. :)
You should do it!
I used to really wanna play the clarinet when I was a kid, I think cuz I saw my cousin playing it and it just looked and sounded so beautiful.

I used to know how to play a lot of songs on the piano but now I forget a lot of them it's been so many years. It's like the saying, if u don't use it u lose it.

But you definitely should get back into it! You'll be so glad u did! 😊

I'm especially keen on responses from the ladies, but guys are welcome to post too. What are your favourites? Ever make love to a Beethoven symphony, or perhaps Stravinsky's Rite of Spring? Maybe you like a little Chopin to set a romantic mood before doing the deed. Many people fear that classical music is dying. Do you agree? Do you care? Perhaps you find classical music inherently un-sexy. if so, why?

Did you do anything creative with that flute you played in high school?

Yes, and also New York instrumental jazz songs on YouTube, if u just type in New York city jazz you can find a few hours of non stop relaxing and erotic jazz songs. I don't know the names of what plays I just know it's very good for background music, chillaxing music, bj and making love music.

Another good erotic type of music is by Llewellyn, if u type that into yt or tell your siri or Alexa to play music by Llewellyn, it's erotic type of sounds with moaning in the background, a good drum beat, ect which always get the mojo flowing!

I grew up on classical music, as my parents would play it in the house every Sunday. My father also played piano. I still listen to Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart etc from time to time. The Four Seasons, Brandenburg Concerto, Pachabel’s Canon etc…

Ialza superstar, Tchai's 6th is a very challenging work. Tchai struggled with depression most of his life, the Finale is his suicide note.

On a lighter note, Dave Hurwitz is a human Yoda. He's not afraid to inject a little humour in his reviews. Like giving The Mighty Bruckner, the Frau Blucher treatment...hope he asked Mel Brooks for permission.

What's some easy ways to get into it? Something accessible? I've hit up the symphony but couldn't bare it - is that I sign that its' probably not for me?
