He wants teachers to lose their jobs, especially as there is already a teacher shortage. More and more teachers are leaving the profession, thanks to DOFO's cuts in that sector:

He really is a miserable sod, he's always arguing for people to paid less, for less health care and less money for schools.
Health care is bad enough already and DoFo is just making every file he works on worse.

Private industry unions can only succeed if the company succeeds. ie no company = no jobs = no union.
