The UN mission team that went to Israel called for an independent investigation as they found some photos of dead naked women and therefore concluded that only an investigation could determine if rape occurred. They did however say that conflict related sexual violence, could have happened.

However they specifically concluded that:

a) That they weren't there in an investigative capacity.
b) They did not find any forensic or testimonial evidence of rape even after strongly urging people to come forward and report them.
c) They actually DID find testimonial evidence of rape and sexual assault by the Israeli security agencies and authorities, on Palestinian women and children, which has also been corroborated by UN Special reports.

Whenever I told him I did not do anything, he would beat me harder. He threatened to shock me with electricity, but I told him I did not do anything.”

The boy alleges the individual then knocked him to the floor while blindfolded and raped him with an object, according to documentation collected by DCIP. The individual threatened that the sexual violence would continue unless he confessed to the allegations against him.

The boy was then made to stand against a wall, where the individual inflicted extreme pain on his genitals. “There are no words to describe that moment,” the boy told DCIP.
