Sure.Thank you! Let’s keep it positive!
ICJ never said genocide was commited...you understood wrong and try your best to cling to what you thought....anything we say won't change your view, because you refuse to understand it....you hate Jews and want them gone....just like Hamas....and that poses a big problem to Israel because it threatens their existence....read the Hamas covenant everyday...I'm using the definition used in the ICJ case against Israel.
That's the only one that counts.
Israel tortures and kills UN workers.
They are a terrorist, pariah state committing genocide.
Israel uses human shields.
The ICJ said that the case was 'plausible' so ordered Israel to not commit genocide, prevent killing Palestinians in Gaza and allow all aid through.ICJ never said genocide was commited...
They never said "Israel commited genocide"...what they said is..."whatever steps you gonna take to get Hamas, make sure civilian casualties is at a minimum"...The ICJ said that the case was 'plausible' so ordered Israel to not commit genocide, prevent killing Palestinians in Gaza and allow all aid through.
Israel has not abided and will stand trial for genocide.
After that the ICJ will rule on whether genocide has been committed
wait who is going to massacre who? are children and women gonna massacre journalists? there's nobody else in Gaza from what we were told
Of course they didn't, its a court, they have to hold a trial before they issue a verdict. They never said "Israel commited genocide"...what they said is..."whatever steps you gonna take to get Hamas, make sure civilian casualties is at a minimum"...
Whe did they say the "charges were plausible "? Stop making shit up.Of course they didn't, its a court, they have to hold a trial before they issue a verdict.
What they said is the charges are plausible and Israel should not do any genocidal shite.
So Israel will go on trial for genocide.
Israeli tank strike killed ‘clearly identifiable’ Reuters reporter: UN report
Its in the ruling.Whe did they say the "charges were plausible "? Stop making shit up.
That Hamas is the government, the police and a party still supported by most Palestinians in Gaza.So I watched Erin Burnett interviewing the ex Israeli Prime Minister last night. His point was that Israel will continue the slaughter until they have killed every Hamas member which does entail a full onslaught of the remaining enclave of Rafa, regardless of the killing of any civilians sheltering there. He mansplained to her that it is the only way to solve the problem once and for all. Once that is done there will be no hard feelings from the Palestinians and all will be fixed and back to normal. He didn't explain how you get em all. Just take a sledge hammer to it. What am I missing here?
The International Court of Justice has found it is "plausible" that Israel has committed acts that violate the Genocide Convention. In a provisional order delivered by the court's president, Joan Donoghue, the court said Israel must ensure "with immediate effect" that its forces not commit any of the acts prohibited by the conventionIts in the ruling.
A top U.N. court says Gaza genocide is 'plausible' but does not order cease-fire
Before delivering the decision, Donoghue read statements from Israeli officials that she said made South Africa's case plausible. She also gave a bleak assessment of the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza.
"In the Court's view, the facts and circumstances mentioned above are sufficient to conclude that at least some of the rights claimed by South Africa and for which it is seeking protection are plausible. This is the case with respect to the right of the Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide and related prohibited acts," the court decision said.
You are a bit thick, aren't you rich? The International Court of Justice has found it is "plausible" that Israel has committed acts that violate the Genocide Convention. In a provisional order delivered by the court's president, Joan Donoghue, the court said Israel must ensure "with immediate effect" that its forces not commit any of the acts prohibited by the convention
So they already had a ruling on it...and can't state Israel commited genocide....If there was no evidence of Israel committed genocide after 3 months of bombing Gaza...what makes you think the result will be different 3 months from now? Unless Hamas release hostages and surrenders ICJ ruling will never change...
Are they a branch of the UN, the body that you say we must always agree with?I'm using the definition used in the ICJ case against Israel.
