The poll you say blamed JT shows that the public wanted the protests ended by the enforcement of the laws and wanted JT to do more.
Ottawa and local cops had too much sympathy to the anti vaxxers and let them stay, so JT had to use the emergency act.

Those things are completely unrelated, since the 65% you keep pointing to is from before he called for the EMA.
I'm not sure why you are having trouble with the calendar here.
But no one - ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in the 65% was mad at Trudeau for 'how he handled it" in terms of him calling for the EMA, because he hadn't done it yet.
