Pennsylvania has about a 1% Jewish population, same as Muslim. Most are christian.
If he were going by votes why make a stand for 1% of the population?
Because they were instrumental to his victory and he responds to the voters who voted for him, maybe?

But you claimed that it obviously wasn't in response to the voters, and I pointed out that there is a significant voting block he appears to be responding to.

Are those the numbers in Pennsylvania? (You can't extrapolate nationwide numbers to a single state.)
