They told Israel NOT to do that in future and that they would review the case at some point. But there was no finding that Israel had committed genocide.

the trial is not over they did rule the court has jurisdiction, and noted areas of concern. As many observers say the directives cannot be met without a ceasefire.

You don't understand the ruling.
It was not a trial where guilt was decided.
It was a ruling saying that there is plausible evidence of genocide and Israel must report in one month on ending genocide and charging those who incite genocide. Israel will still likely face trial for genocide.
Today in response, Israel pressured the US, UK and Canada into aiding the starvation of Palestinians living through genocide.
Shame on Canada for aiding the starvation of the people in Gaza instead of enforcing the ICJ ruling that requires Israel to help provide necessities of life to Gaza population.
Canada will one day be taken to the ICJ as complicit in genocide.
