Oh, just a minute...... Egypt isn't actually doing that. In fact, its army is guarding a massive concrete and triple razor wire monster wall it has erected between itself and Gaza and charging a $9k "coordination fee" to allow Palestinian refugees to enter Egypt.
Betting that money gets split a few different ways among different levels of Egyptian officials. But nice work anyway!!!!
