Not all of Israel is illegal, just everything occupied other than the UN partition plan.
Citizens of either side are not 'fair game', but Israel has been arming 'settlers' and backing them up with the IDF and they largely no longer act as civilians.
The Jewish presence in the occupied territories is recognized as illegal by the UN, deal with it. That's the law.

Of course you have. You are unable/unwilling to provide any evidence how a bilateral ceasefire, which requires negotiation could possibly produce a faster cessation of the hostilities than a unilateral surrender by Hamas which requires no negotiations. It is physically impossible.
It is universally accepted that the sooner hostilities stop, the sooner Palestinian deaths will stop occurring.

Nice try but this has nothing to do with the Holocaust. It has everything to do with terrorist Hamas invading the sovereign territory of Israel and slaughtering 1,200-1,400 Israeli citizens. Not one country in the world would accept such an assault on their citizenry without a military response, whether proportional or not.
