I don’t know why all the losers of the world decided to root for the underdog in this fight. I am guessing it’s either because misery loves company or because of antisemitism. Neither of those causes I find attractive.

Most Palestinians have not seen the video footage of the 7 October atrocities and have only the official Hamas account that they fought and won a monumental and heroic battle against the IDF.
Frankie, there are tunnels and military installations below the hospitals and rocket sites in the humanitarian zones. Hamas makes sure that Israel has to target humanitarian sites and then uses the footage to get donations and photo ops.

I’m curious how much of their gdp (if we can call it so) Palestinians would get from international handouts. They seem to have been professional beggars for the last 75 years (aside from terrorism) which is pretty outstanding. So perhaps it should not be that surprising that they have become so good at manipulating public opinion.
