Mall Santa goes live this afternoon. Still short a couple of Elves. Here is another applicant.

Me: Hours are long during the Christmas/New Year period. Pay is $50 an hour minimum. BTW: Which school are you attending?

Me: Are you good with kids?
Applicant: Yes, I have 3 younger siblings.
