Another Blackhawk off-ice controversy. Patrick Kane was involved in at least two of them. Jon Toews (with Kane) was involved in at least one. (Of course there was also the Beach controversy.)

I do not think any journalist will risk to reveal what they know, even if they have the proof.

Perry was a douche on the verge of retirement anyway. Too bad for him one fuck probably will cost him a place in the hall of fame forever.

Connor is the futur of the game and all involved (teamates, journalist, etc..) will all shut their mouth as they need him.

Perry is done and can retire with his millions. Connor has probably a value for all involved that in the long run will total a billion or more.

Considering the statement from the team, it sounds like Perry did something to a staff member. Sexual harassment? A physical altercation? The Hawks are basically saying it had nothing to do with another player. I wonder if Perry will protest it, or release a statement regarding what happened. Again, because of the vacuum of information, people are going to continue to spread rumours and innuendo...

Apparently the players are in the dark regarding what happened. I suspect there are legal issues behind that, so Biz won't get the inside scoop for a bit.

But, now I wonder if this would impact Perry's Hall of Fame shot. I mean, say what you will about him, he's a Hart and Conn Smythe winner, plus a Stanley Cup champ, a bunch of gold medals repping Canada...
