Not my job. The ICC will take care of that. But given that you just said Israel was committing war crimes, I'm not sure saying the evidence will be hidden is the flex you think it is. It really sounds like you're saying you support known war crimes. That's a strange position if you're not just trolling.

I'm stating under the present circumstances you can define things all you like but the ICC isn't going to be a factor. The USA is going to support this, and so will NATO. Russia is too busy, China has its own internal problems, and most of the ME will pay lip service but really don't give a shit about Gaza.

Add in its religious war as much as its about land, with control of Jerusalem as the end game prize for all three religions and no quarter is going to be the de facto reality.

Believing anything else is naive.

That's the objective reality.

I get it, you're being very clear: you believe Israel is engaged in war crimes and you support their war crimes so much that you challenge any international group to do anything about it.

I accept the reality that, just like in Iraq, In Ukraine, in Tibet, and in many other places the ICC is a paper tiger to the realities of the world. So I choose to pick a side that I think serves the best interests of Liberal Democracy in the world. That will be a better partner to Canada.

Because Hamas needs to die. And the cost is going to be high.

They are dumb fire homemade rockets. Israel may say its existence is at risk but their actions betray their words, being confident enough to have a rave 3 miles from Gaza and sending the majority of its military to the West Bank to annex more land is not the actions of a state that is at risk of being wiped out.

Syria is still fighting a civil war, Yemen just got out of a civil war, Iran has strong defense but weak offense.

Palestinians in Gaza have a good track record at reporting deaths.
They've had so many years of practice and lots of human rights workers around, though Israel keeps killing them as well this time.

you are wrong. Many are sophisticatedIranian rockets and in any eventmost can reach all parts of Israel. Even dumb homemade rockets kill people.

You are having trouble see the difference between objective sight and subjective opinion.

No one wants a war. But in this case its inevitable. Or it will keep festering and coming up again and again. Both sides don't want peace, and the world isn't going to enforce one at this point. Israel is going to do whatever it takes to destroy the tunnels and terror infrastructure. And probably lop off more land as a DMZ.

The civilians had a week to get out. And Hamas had that week to assist with evacuation. They didn't. They encouraged civilians to stay to be used as human shields. That's the war crime.
