The issue is whether you are going to clearly state that Israeli actions in Gaza are war crimes. There are experts everywhere that confirm it. The evidence stares you in face.
Do you think after negotiating peace, withdrawal from the West Bank, Gaza,. Then Palestinians importing weapons, HAMAS coming on scene, scuttling the peace , saying they don’t want peace, launching suicide attacks, declaring they want all of historical Palestine. The fence and more wasn’t justified? What kind of fool are you Frank?
And same old Frank, you won’t answer anyone’s questions let alone uncomfortable ones. But deflect with questions and demand answers.

What it comes down to is you back one people based on racial prejudices and because of that are willing to excuse apartheid, an illegal occupation, terrorism and now genocide. Because of your racism.

The point I am trying to make is that it is not useful to expand the scope of the discussion to everything that has happened over the years because that is a never ending exercise in finger pointing.
This PARTICULAR instance of an attack by Hamas, amounts to terrorism. Not self-defence. But terrorism. The reprisal is just as much brutal and a violation of human rights. But that is expected and was known before the attack by Hamas, and yet they chose to continue down this path. Which makes me question their commitment to their own people they say they are representing and defending.

I wondered at the rump supporters, how far down the moral shithole they are willing to follow their leader. The coup and attempts to cheat the election, rape, fraud and creeping fascism are one level of evil. But backing apartheid and genocide are another level entirely.

I believe the fact that the Israelis have cut off the gas and electricity to Gaza is already considered a war crime?
