You’ve got him between a rock and a hard place here. These four groups back up Roger Waters claims regarding apartheid.
Which is why he'll disappear again for a month or so and then claim he never said anything about apartheid.
Because he can't answer and admit his own racism while still accusing anyone else of racism.

Roger Waters kinda reminds me of Aaron Rogers insofar as he tends to come off as a condescending, antagonistic kinda guy who is unshakeable in his certainty that he is always the smartest one in the room but who has absolutely no clue what he’s talking about.

Roger Waters is a lot of things. But an anti semite is not one of them. Israel is a country like any other and is not above criticism. Roger is a subscriber to BDS and he's always been honest about that. And if you read the stated objectives of BDS, frankly, it's hard to disagree with them.

The BDS movement calls for economic pressure on Israel until 1) ends its military occupation and illegal colonization of the Palestinian territories, 2) gives equal rights to the Palestinian citizens of Israel, and 3) allows a just solution for the five million Palestinian refugees scattered across the Middle East. It's a form of peaceful protest and that's the way it's supposed to work.

Their stated objectives line up with international laws and the United Nations. So Roger believes in this. What drives a lot of proIsrael people crazy is that he reaches a wide audience and he's already very wealthy, so he doesn't have to worry about being economically cancelled. So all that makes him a threat and simply put, they want to silence him. Once and for all.

I may not always agree with Roger. For example when it comes to Putin and Ukraine, I firmly disagree with him. I think Putin is a monster. BUT, I'm a huge believer in free speech and that Roger has the right to not only free speech, but he has the right to offend people. I don't even mind if people protest against Roger Waters. But I draw the line at the lies and the subterfuge they are using to silence and bury Roger.

Fuck that.

I didn't invent these reports, shack.
If you want to make your position clear, go ahead.
I'll post the direct links to 4 reports finding Israel to be apartheid.
Read them or don't, that's up to you.

Either way, answer the question:
Do you support Israeli apartheid or are you against racism?

I will assume any non answer or refusal to answer to indicate you support apartheid but are unwilling to admit it publicly.

Your argument isn't necessarily valid because you published four reports. All of these organizations have been criticized for being biased. I wouldn't say B'Tselem is unbiased.

It's also wrong to assume anything about a person based on what you've done.

So…you support Roger Waters’ right to free speech but you oppose the free speech of those who criticize him.

Being criticized by Israel for being biased is like trump claiming he's unfairly targeted by the judicial system.
The UN, Amnesty, HRW and B'teselem reports are all legit, serious and well researched.
Israel is apartheid.

You can't claim you are fighting against racism while defending apartheid.

If this is true he should be criticized for these views.
Antisemitism is bad.

But you also have a history of calling anyone critical of Israeli policy 'antisemitic' and backing racist policies yourself.
Ah, good old Franky, willing to condemn antisemitism from the right but incapable of saying a thing about the left and happily accepting antisemitism if he thinks he can connect it to Israel.

Franky sees statements like "take away the Jew food" and first has to search if there is a way to tie it to Israel before deciding if he disagrees.

Case in point, sad Shack.
Ah, moronic claims to pretend that statements like

“That’s it! That’s it! Where’s the meat? Where’s the meat? What’s with this? This is Jew food! What’s with the Jew food? Take away the Jew food!” Waters allegedly shouted, according to Norbert Statchel.

and

Bob Ezrin, who produced Pink Floyd’s 1979 album The Wall, also recounted an incident in which Waters referred to his then-agent as a “f------ Jew.”

are really just a comment about Israeli policy.

It’s a tough call. 3rd party stories being passed along. I don’t always agree with his politics. However…. I don’t have too. I still enjoy the old stuff. And his ranting does not really affect me.

They're "legit, serious and well researched," because you agree with them. All have been criticized for being biased by others, but their opinions don't count, eh?

And Trump is criticizing every judge in every one of his multiple court cases.
So?

He'll still be found guilty and the reports detailing Israeli apartheid are still there, very well researched and very well documented.
Its clear you can't debate the findings which leaves you only attacking the messenger.

If I’ve got to choose between legit, serious and well researched vs an opinion, I’ll choose the former every time.

Choosing opinion over legitimate research is the definition of bias.

Ah, so you are okay with old racists. Multiple sources call him out for overtly racist statements but you're okay with them because his hatred of Jews includes a hatred of Israel.
