What evidence do you have to support this claim of prosecutorial ineptitude? What specific acts of DOJ incompetence are you referring to?

What specifically is it about the corruption laws that sucks? What evidence do you have that hung juries are easy to get in these cases?

Or are you just making things up (again)?
This Senator is well known for his corruption. You think this is recent?

Pathetic defense of the how the GOP circle the wagons over their corrupt ones while the Dems call them out and then get them out. You've got a conspiracy theory for whatever you don't like.

Are you saying Al Franken wasn't liked? You pick and choose what narrative you want to follow to suit the situation. Same game, different day for the Mullet Party.
This isn't a defense of the GOP. They are horribly corrupt as well. Its a simple case of them, after knowing he is corrupt, allowing him access to the party apparatus to get reelected. That's what happened, and do did more corruption, and in this case from foreign government.

And no, Frankin wasn't well liked as a reformer. They never are.

''The verdict was split: Jurors rejected Carroll’s claim that she was raped, finding Trump responsible for a lesser degree of sexual abuse. The judgment adds to Trump’s legal woes and offers vindication to Carroll, whose allegations had been mocked and dismissed by Trump for years''
He lost therefore he has to pay.

Regardless, the point is that if a member of the Democratic party had such a credible accusation of rape against him, he'd be forced out. Frankin took a prank pic that was deemed inappropriate and he was forced out. The fact that you are still defending trump in a case like this proves the point that the GOP are NEVER willing to condemn their own. They never take a moral stance.

Thanks for helping me prove my point. You are the Mullet Party. No crime too big. No defense too weak.

Of course you couldn't answer those specific questions from Knuckle Ball. Where was the DOJ ineptitude, etc.?

They were fair questions seeing as you made those claims without any proof. Can't you back them up?

Nice deflection...The point is he wasn't convicted of rape as you said.

I doubt he even knows her beyond a photograph. I remember that episode of Law & Order though. Obviously so did Carroll.

Lol. You don't get it do you? Some are protected, some are thrown to the wolves. Cuomo was only forced out because he was too much of an asshole. And hated.

Do you really think Pelosi is clean?
You forgot to add, "buffers .... and they all have buffers too. That alone, makes them guilty of corruption, er no wait ..... that and being democrats."

A ridiculous comment.

Andrew Cuomo was disliked as a person was the only reason the Dems forced him out, according to you.

All Franken was well liked as a person. But you say all it took was the reformers to force him out. Nobody but the reformers called for him to resign.

That's weak, even by your standards.

Here's how bullshit your claim is. Over half the senators called for him to resign.

Full list: Schumer and majority of Democratic senators call for Franken to resign - POLITICO

The party as a whole called for it. It is no single segment. They all possessed the morals that you guys all lack.

But of course it isn't, arfs and woofs the sniffing for corruption hound dog whose default nose sniffer search setting is stuck on:

Hunter, Biden, Hillary, laptop, democrats, Pelosi, Truman, FDR ....

Yes. Because shortly before that he was being touted as the Trump killer. When he was powerful and considered untouchable. The minute a chinknin the armor came in and he was a liability....toast, along with his brother.

But like Weinstein, people enable the bad behavior. Let powerful people get away with shit.

Fuck you know that. Take off the blinders.

You didn't answer the question. Do you think he was innocent in 2017?

You will never admit. What was Franken convicted of. The Dems wanted him out due to simply "an appearance" of impropriety that cost him his job. Getting sued, taken to court and having a judgement against trump is not enough for the Repugs to stop kissing his feat.

The Mullet Party. No crime too bad. No defense too weak. You keep proving it.

That his obvious corruption did not result in a conviction despite the much lauded super high fed conviction rate?

But somehow that happens with most fed politicians...

See above post. Do you think he was innocent in 2017? And had never taken any money up to that point?

So first it was because he wasn't well liked. Now you change the narrative to he was no longer a trump killer. You can't keep your stories straight.

Apparently the jury did not find the corruption to be obvious.

Do you have any actual evidence of prosecutorial incompetence? You know…like something the prosecutor actually did or failed to do?

Or are you just making up stories (again)?

So…as per usual…the answer is that you’re just making up stories again. You have no evidence to support your claims. You kinda remind me of Rudy G.😂

Clearly he is just making up bullshit. He has nothing else. He has zero actual info to back up his claims.

The butler is serving up BS on a silver tray.

Dude, are you really that obtuse? Its basic. They used him, when he had power, and discarded him at the first whiff.
