Yes perhaps, and this brings me back to my original point.
If you are an alpha or even a sigma, high earner, own assets…you are just asking for trouble allowing a woman to live with you and even more trouble if you sign legal government marriage documents.
If you are a beta…marriage will prob last longer cuz you’ll just do whatever she wants. If you’re a low earner with no assets you have very little to lose and you’ll always struggle whether alone or married.
I realize this is not a very romantic approach but in this day and age a man needs to protect his assets and all future earnings whether he’s a saint or a bang all bitches dog.
What if.
You’re both mature adults. Can function just fine without another/each other. Both free to do what makes you happy, pursue what ever goals you might have as an individual. There’s no insecurities/jealousy/controlling aspects etc etc on either. Free .In other words, two fully functioning adults.

Most relationships, are co-dependent to one degree or another, where one person, leans on the other and vice versa for this/that a little or a lot.

what if, you are mature enough for a co-independent? BFFs?

What’s the point then? You don’t need to be married to have an adult relationship. You can make a separation agreement in case and just love life. You can do Will and POAs. There are no benefits to the contract of marriage anymore.

I have had two men pop the question and both got told no. I would never marry. It is pointless to me. A complete waste of money even if you agree with marriage. Go to city hall and have a party after. No need for spending a house downpayment on a dress and some flowers.

I could name quite a few. for the sake of keeping it brief.

Intimacy.
Bona fide intimacy.

But do agree, the ceremony of a church sanctioned marriage….lmao. I’m a pagan, that means shit to me :)

Intimacy can still be had. Why wouldn’t it be? Do you believe that people have to sleep in the same bed to be intimate?

I can say that I think sleeping without someone in the same bed every night is a sign of pure love and respect. People should sleep alone to get a proper restful sleep. IMHO. I can say I will NEVER sleep with anyone again. I just can’t do it. Dogs ok, people no. LOL

I just don’t understand why a couple who are mature adults can’t have a totally intimate relationship?

/raises eyebrow.

So a guy died in my hands last week. Nothing like doing cpr on a warm hunk of human flesh. Nor does it stop there.

when you go home to your empty house. Who you going to talk to?

First - I am sorry about last week. That would suck.

As for the second - I don’t feel the need to speak to anyone. I speak to enough people during my day that when I am home, I enjoy the peace and quiet.

If I really want to talk to someone - I call a friend or family. I have pets, neighbours, and plenty to do. I enjoy time alone though as well. I like doing things on my own. I will fish for hours on my own.

I am not the type that feels lonely when physically alone.

Ok. So you have multiple people in your life, we are humans, and we are social. It’s in our dna. That’s a good thing.

You also have, multiple good close friends. Who when needed, may or may not be there. They have their own lives, their own baggage, and just not always physically there. But Also a good thing. Can you truly open up, bare your soul? No? That’s not a good thing.

My friends and family know everything about me. They know I escort. I can tell them anything. I worked hard as a mature adult to build mature adult relationships within the scope of that relationship. So child vrs parent vrs friend etc. Also, when one is not available, usually another is. I have gone through some serious medical things and they have banded together and taken a share of the assistance kid that I needed. I have done the same for some of them. It is the way a proper relationship should be.

Sexual intimacy I get from regulars. They often know about things in my life. To a degree of course but I can’t hide who I am. I have opened up and bared my soul about personal things on this very board. But again, I’m an open person. I understand that not many are like that.

then you are a rare breed Jenesis. Good on you. This aspect ( shit happens/life happens to everyone) is but one benefit of intimacy. A big reason, why soooooooooo many more men, commit suicide than women. But there’s more to life, then just just the ugly side.

And yeah, it did suck. Thanks.
And yep, I’m an open book. Here as well ( as much I can)…funny that. ;)

La la land
Who is getting married now a days.
I know a guy that works part time at a banquet hall. Mainly Indians and Chinese make up 81% of their clients. The others are Italian, Portuguese, and others.
