You really think he's gonna be found guilty? Not a big Tate fan but it's clear they are having trouble even charging him and have holes in their case or he wouldn't have been released from prison and now also out from house arrest.
I don't have a lot invested in this like some of his supporters or detractors but after almost 9 months of the prosecution not being able to put their case together properly, my gut says the charges will eventually be dropped.

If it goes to trial I'm eager to see the scope of the evidence against him and his co defendants. Of course if he's proven guilty then he should pay the price. I'd rather that he was innocent because then that means no one was hurt and this all was a witch hunt of sorts.
From a sporting point of view a boxing match between him and Jake has been discussed. Both are interested but this can't happen while Andrew can't leave the country. It would literally smash PPV buys records.

My prosecutor friend (who happens to be a woman) has told me that false accusations are not uncommon in the business cases she has come across. Scorned women attempting to destroy a man's reputation isn't such a rare occurrence.

This is legal system 101 and why you hold a trial before convicting someone and the prosecution has the burden of proof. And Emma Gabbey might be totally insane and a trouble-maker. Your problem is:
1. No one in their right mind takes Tate's word for anything because Tate is himself very sketchy.
2. You have no idea what the evidence against the Tates actually is in the Romanian prosecution because - surprise! - you're not part of the prosecution team or a Romanian judge.
3. Tate uses this crap to grift and keep his sketchy internet business grifting money from losers while he's stuck in Romania.
So if you're a normal dude like me, you say: "Oh let's wait until trial and see what is reported by REPUTABLE NEWS SOURCES that have no fucking connection with the sleazebag Tates".
But YOU have to try and somehow prove Tate is innocent and mistreated without knowing what the actual evidence against Tate is and before the trial has even taken place.

I'm not trying to prove guilt or innocence. That's up to the court. I'm merely disseminating information about the case.
Courts docs (i.e. primary sources), home surveillance video footage, phone cam footage, text messages, witnesses named in the case that have spoken out, and Tate's readiness to fill in details are all available without requiring your "reputable news sources", whatever those are. These are the same sources that accused JP of being a transphobic misogynist and Rogan as alt-right? lol
I don't think further evidence or a trial would have much impact on your biased view of this case. In the Depp/Heard court case, all the evidence was made available in real-time and you STILL managed to get it wrong (while most non-lawyers got it right). You live in a bubble where common sense isn't allowed.
You have a personal gripe against Depp because you wished it was your bed that Heard shat on. Likewise, you detest Tate because you wish that you were the multi-millionaire with a bunch of twenty-something females working for you.

Back to fundamentals. Is it possible that someone as intelligent as Tate would commit egregious sex crimes while living in Romania in a house filled with women 24/7 with cameras all around it? Is it possible that he would brazenly shit where he eats in the internet age as a multimillionaire who can afford to live anywhere?
It's possible. Anything is possible. But is it likely? No.
Does at least one of his accusers appear to be an opportunist with a long history of sabotage? Yes.
