It's unclear what the norm actually is.
I was drawing some parallels from the French system earlier, since it is also a civil law system.
But the details of procedure are different and so things like what is the normal pattern of arrest and incarceration while investigating and so on is difficult to figure out.
Especially since Tate and his fanbois are big on the disinformation and spin.
They also have a tendency to act as if things in a civil law system not working the same way as things in a common law system are proof that the case is weak.
(Like the whole thing about charges and about seeing the evidence.)

The other thing to keep in mind is that the decisions about house arrest and so on aren't going to be made on the strength of the evidence.
They are going to be made on the needs of the case and the rights of the accused and so on.

Locking someone up so they can't interfere with the investigation or flee the jurisdiction is one thing.
If the investigation is done then that factor changes.
If the flight risk is considered to be different now, then that changes.
(Are extradition rules different now that he has been charged? I don't know!)

So it's all a bit difficult to parse, because what we really need is someone who knows criminal procedure in Romania to explain what is normal and what isn't.
Now that the investigation is over, the only thing to worry about is Tater being a flight risk. And he's probably posted a fuck-massive $$$$$ cash bail which gets forfeited if he skips. So at this point, the Romanians might figure that they win either way.

He's still throwing it in their face that he still has a lot of cash stashed. Man, I bet with every video Tate releases the Romanian authority are steaming and will go out of their way to see him rot in prison. Just like Butterball, he does not have any idea of how to lay low.

Full marks for his defiance......
That's ok, I'm glad you're proud of your boy but let me ask you a question.

If you get pulled over by a cop for a traffic violation, do you start lecturing the cop, calling him or her an idiot for pulling you over and laughing in their face that you are innocent and will make them look silly in court?

He's not my boy...I've never met him

Have the cops fabricated evidence against me?

Have the cops fabricated evidence against Andrew Tate?

The better question is, has Andrew Tate fabricated evidence against himself?

Please refer to Kautilya's post.

I will add a follow-up to my question.

When the officer pulls you over, you have no idea what you did and when the officer tells you that you did a roll and stop you actually believe you stopped. NOW, do you argue, belittle the officer and tell the officer you are innocent and you will make a jackass out of him in court? Then after he tickets you, you lock the rear tires and leave a 10 ft. patch of black on the street pulling out. Is this what you would do because you feel wrongly accused?

Can I do that spin out leaving the patch of black on a rainbow crosswalk?

Wholly for wholly....This podcaster is pulling small clips from videos that are 10 years old mostly. That's Tate's reply.

Tate's assertion is that the charges against him relate to events that don't go back to those comments.

He's claiming they have to do with TikTok content not OnlyFans. Sounds suspicious but let's see.

It could be that he's just a braggadocious character playing a bit who's made himself an easy target.

Some women from his past say hmmm....Life hasn't worked out to well for me but hey this guy's got a ton of cash.

He's talking lots of trash..Maybe I deserve to cash in here. Then law enforcement sees an opportunity to ground his ass and score some social credit points at the same time. Probably it's because he's generally making Romania look bad though by bragging that he was basically untouchable there.

In the end I'll actually wait to see who these girls are and what their evidence is before branding him guilty and a pimp. One would think that members on this board would at least show that much restraint.

Tate will "assert" falsehoods, like saying that he made these girls make TikTok videos. Actually you picked that up from his interview with Tucker Carlson. They weren't Tiktok videos. They werent even OnlyFans. It was web camming like Chaturbate. He kept repeating tiktok, tiktok, tiktok to try and change the narrative, but nope, that wont work.

IT WASN'T TIKTOK. IT WAS SEX WORK. FORCED SEX WORK!! There. I cleared that up.

Sorry I didn't realize that you've seen the videos....

What videos? The girls videos? He himself has described how it works. How the girls are in one room performing on camera, he is in another answering for them and then talks about ripping those guys off etc., Hear it from the horses mouth.
You seem to know a lot about this....Are you a member of Hustlers University?

You can deflect all you want and show your homophobic nature but Tate's going down because he is a douchebag and stupid enough to brag about it. Then once charged, and YES HE IS OFFICIALLY CHARGED, calls out the Romanian officials with a "come get me, I dare you" attitude.

Tate, self snitched. What more do you need to convince you? He said, verbatim, that he beats women. Restrains them against their will and denies them their freedoms. Confessed to ripping people off and scamming men online. But continue to pretend you are interested in "EvIdEnCe".
Typically, courts of law go far beyond 10 second YouTube clips for evidence of serious charges.

That may shock you, and even Mandrill, who says he's a lawyer. LMAO!

The fact that Mandrill is so committed to the narrative of guilt just because Tate is an asshole, is enough reason to remain firmly on the opposite side of that position.

Tate has proven himself to be an asset to the establishment and he will be used as one for sure

He has that special quality that can divide people who like and dislike him , very much like Trump.

That's why there are so many headlines about him.

Otherwise MSM wouldn't bother with a second rate con man as much as they do.

Not only is he a scumbag, he is a scumbag by his own admission on video. Then he tries to sell his scumbagery in a course to instruct others to do as he has done.

Tate has converted to Islam now . Does that make you Islamophobic?
